Wrate time .... as the word suggests: wait ... a very long time. Does not matter when. :(
No room available for surgery, surgery preparation in the patient's toilet, 6-bed room etc ...
Unfortunately, the receptionist in the ENT department is always in a bad mood. But if I were with so many unfriendly people every day at some point.
The 2 stars are not for the employees but for those who pay them! More money = more staff = everything runs smoother and faster and better ....
