Thank you that I was able to leave this hospital early, the operating doctor was great, only how to recover after surgery, if you get any help. Here are a few details: nobody but nobody asked me for pain, after a 5-hour operation no nurse entered my room. After a few hours, I dared to ring once, I could not make myself fresh or put on another garment, this was then thank God my relatives, Day 1 after the op, I felt good, but all my hoses prevented me, unfortunately still getting up, the breakfast tray was thrown on the table, with questions about drinks, you should please get from the hallway, but unfortunately I could not get up and therefore I could not drink anything. Thankfully, I recovered quickly and tried to help myself. Last but not least, I would like to tell you that there was a TV in the room, which can usually be served by a card, after several inquiries with the nursing staff why the device does not work despite the card, it turned out that the device is defective and that Staff knew but did not do anything. I have tacitly endured all this because I know that the operating doctor has done a great job, but unfortunately you could not get care or nursing care at this ward, I'm a bit sad about that. Because I was thank God only "easy" sick but what will happen to those who are seriously ill ???????????????

On Tuesday I had an appointment to discuss the birth planning / caesarean section. Even making an appointment was problematic because no one could be reached at the number given.

Arrived on time for the appointment, I was sent through the house for half an hour. Annoyed staff opened the delivery room door. After an hour of waiting we went to the ctg, where you tried for the first time to convince yourself of a spontaneous delivery using scary stories. My doctor's referral apparently found no interest. I also found it more than tactless, since there were currently 3 other patients in the room while I was supposed to explain why I came or my doctor referred me.

After another long wait, the doctor asked me in. During the conversation, neither my concerns were taken into account, nor was my doctor's referral slip taken. Not even when I asked if someone had taken the transfer slip. All questions and explanations on my part were simply ironed out and underlined with further disadvantages of a caesarean section. Finally, after the ultrasound, further treatment was refused. You are welcome to give birth here spontaneously. The mother and child are apparently in good condition.

While waiting in the treatment room, I was rudely quoted from the room by another doctor and taken to another room where patient sheets were lying around on a table.

In the meantime, almost 4 hours had passed. The doctor brought me a midwife with whom I could discuss a spontaneous delivery or just look for a different clinic. When I refused, I was said goodbye with: ok, then you will find the exit here on the left.

All in all, I would not even spontaneously give birth there after such an empathetic and unfriendly approach.

I have been there several times with and without my children. I'm very happy with the children's ward and the children's intensive care unit. Except for a lady who forbade me to stroke my son's head, everyone was very nice there. Supposedly I would "shove his head" sore, if I always caress in the same place. But with all the hoses that were on him, that was the only place I could reach reasonably enough to show him I was there, and I really do not have such rough hands. With a baby one is accordingly careful.
There are these "black sheep" everywhere, I understand that. But many doctors have become so hardened that they simply lack understanding and compassion. After my traumatic birth experience at the next birth I got panic and got stupid reproaches, because I wanted a caesarean section. Just the one who would have saved my first son from the cerebral hemorrhage. I felt like a hypochondetic failure. But I want to see them sitting by their baby's bed day after day, full of fear that they will never jump around like other kids.
Honest people. It may be that sometimes we patients are stupid and exhausting. But you have chosen the job yourself and it is your duty not to "bully" us because we are too stupid for you. For that we come to you! Because we need your help! We are doing a (soul) strip in front of you and you are behaving like that. It just does not belong

I had an operation on my tonsils at the Nordstadt Hospital. Unfortunately, I had secondary bleeding at home after a week and then came to the MHH. I was scared and didn't know exactly what would happen next. The nurses just wanted to inject something for me in the room. You don't do that, you talk to the patient about what happens next. After learning the antibiotic is and I refused that because there is no inflammation, just bleeding, I would be treated super badly. The patient still has something to say when it comes to his own body. The nurse stood in the back corner of the room and told me that my mouth would stink unbearably. Are you crazy???? I also have a wound in my mouth. That was the icing on the cake. But then I was scared even more than was calmed down. I was told that I could die and and and. After I was released and was still really weak and was not allowed to lift heavily or bend down much because of the blood circulation in the wound, I was supposed to get my heavy bag from the top cupboard on my own and received no help. When I asked if you could please remove the access from my hand, since nothing is happening at the moment, it was answered in the negative, because if something happens it would go faster. Like my grandma used to say, the word nurse doesn't just contain the word "sister". But that's how a nurse has to behave! It should calm you down and be your best friend at a difficult time.
