I called checking on status of a needed form that I have to pay them to process. I was informed they had not received any documents/requests from my Dr's Office. I advised that I just got off of phone with Dr's Office and was told they faxed the requested disability form a week prior. I Was placed on hold so they "could check with the rep that handles that office". I've been on hold now for 55 minutes and counting - listening to their looped recording of the outstanding customer service they provide and where I can submit forms. They checked on me once just to make sure I was still there. I wonder who's Gunna win the bet on their end. It least they get a good laugh for the day. There is no longer any such thing as customer service. It's an attitude of take it or leave it. We really don't GAF

Fantastic! #1 the request form couldn t have been easier #2 they offer text support #3 super quick to respond when I needed to check the status of my records. #4 Support was so personable and Went above and beyond to help me out
Conversing with a MediCopy representative through their text functionality was an excellent experience. They promptly addressed my initial message and provided assistance in an efficient manner.
Response was fast . Then when I had a question response was fast and was on Saturday. This was amazing since I needed information quickly for the beginning in the following week. Thank you
When I had to have knee surgery my orthopedic surgeon uses MediCopy to do their medical paperwork. At first I was a little worried about it, but MediCopy are very reliable. I turned in my paperwork on a Wednesday. Then, on Thursday I received an email about payment to file. So, I made the payment and they sent me a copy of my receipt. Within three days my paperwork was completed and faxed to my employer. As i sat here in rehab on a Friday evening with a lot of time on my hands I sent them a message about a copy of my paperwork. They were closed at that time, but I still received a message in return. The next day (when they were closed) I had received my copy. So, my experience with MediCopy has been very pleasant and easy!! No worries!! They also have a number that you can reach out to them if needed.
The customer service reps are awesome and very helpful. I had went through the steps to have my records emailed to me and I think I accidently trashed the email not sure what it was. I chatted with a rep about it and theywere helpful, polite, and resent my records immediately
I never had to do anything like this before I was kind of worried at first but they were great even though it was early in the morning they were still there to help me in every way and I appreciated that ...Thanks again
I had a really smooth experience dealing with Meicopy copy! Also the file I were seeking were over a decade old their fast friendly and efficient staff made acquiring my files a breeze
Some initial problems with a gmail account for receiving medical records. Worked with an office 365 account. Support was exceptional to find a way to get records before my doctor appointment, even after hours and weekend.
Customer service was very polite and seemed to genuinely want to help, but unfortunately, even after requesting my records twice, they never made it to the doctor's office.
I was looking for my medical records as my doctor closed his practice and I didn't know where to begin. I found Medicopy and sent them a text. Within minutes they responded with an apology that they didn't have my records but found out who did and gave me all of the information I needed. It was amazing service. What a great company!
Great customer service. Medicopy is very prompt with answering questions. I was unaware that my physician utilized their services until I received request for payment of $65 from medicopy. Knowing that their specialty is completing forms for FMLA and short term disability relieves me of worry and eases recovery. I had a surgery in the past with a different Physician that did not utilize such services. I had to make multiple trips to that office due to paperwork not being completed correctly each resubmission delaying approval of benefits. Hopefully this will ensure a more positive experience. I would rather pay the fee and have peace of mind. Too bad more medical groups do not utilize these services.
Elliott is the best! He expediated an FMLA I had. He absolutely went above and beyond. It is obvious he cares for the customer. Thank you Elliott! Great job. ~Yolanda
I had notified Medicopy that I needed my records for a doctor's visit where I was seeking a second opinion. This new appointment came up very quickly. Medicopy sent my records in a timely manner. Thank you for your great service especially Elliott H.
Surprisingly helpful advice, good common sense but they suggested something if not thought of. Best of all, they are not paralyzed by the fact that they re not your lawyer, they even said, I can t give legal advice but I can give advice and proceeded to do just that.
The form was easy to complete and the ability to chat with their very responsive and friendly support member gave me confidence making this very sensitive request.
Great company that offers prompt, responsive service. They can handle any of your medical record needs. You can even text them and get one-on-one help if you need it! A great liaison to have on your side!
I have had to re-submit my paperwork over 5 times now and each and every time you call you get a different answer from another person and no one bothers to leave any notes on your account or follow-up with you. Many of the case managers are down right rude and are very condescending. According to my doctor, the switch to use this service was supposed to increase the turnaround time when really it has been nothing more than a pain in the ass which costs more and increases the turn around time by 5. It's like pulling teeth to get a straight answer out of someone and their fees are pretty high.. $30 to complete a 1 page front and back form and it has been over a month and it has yet to be completed. Hopefully my doctor will reconsider this supposed "improvement."
Excellent customer service. I had a few simple questions, and they were able to help me within a few minutes of contacting them. The associate that texted me was very polite, I know this review sounds very cut and paste, but they did a great job tbh. That s all I have to say, props for having a well-managed customer service department.
I received immediate attention to my concern. The representative was helpful and took care of exactly what I needed in less than 1 minute. That's effective. My question was taken care of right away and I am so happy with how I was treated!
I requested information on what my state (Arizona) can charge me for copies of my medical records at 7:15am. Within minutes they texted me the rules for my state. The information they sent answered my question. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them again.
They have been very professional an helpful to all my questions an even called my boss to explain some questions he had! The only thing is my doctor did not tell me there is a fee that you have to pay for this service before you can get your forms back! Thanks Patti
I was sooo distraught thought my paperwork was not sent to my place of employment. I was surprised and amazed that I could check in the status of my paperwork via text with Enjoli . The customer service given was exquisite. Went above and beyond the call of duty. I was surprised and amazed that the questions kept coming and or were answered till All my needs were met. Thank you keep up the good work. Once again I can say Customer Service is not Dead...It lives at Medicopy.
Loved the texting service to check in on the progress and any other details. It's quick, hassle free and very convenient rather than waiting on those calls for hours. :)
My first experience has been a nightmare! I just received my PDF from this company and to my surprise, it has some of my medical records but also the medical records of approximately 20 other people. Extreme HIPPA violation. I tried to make contact with the company to inform them and demand a refund and to determine if my personal information is secure, but they close at 4pm. I have already filed a report of the health record violation with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. I would not recommend this company to handle any of my medical records in the future. The medical group that they obtain my records from does not know about the breach as of yet either. However, you better believe 1st think tomorrow morning, I will be on the phone. I hope you take this review into serious consideration before you chose to do business with this organization. How can this company be trusted??
I requested medical records, which arrived three weeks later on CD, with an invoice. I pay for the records, my first Medicopy interaction. But the CD is great, because I won't have to scan/digitize records. I open the CD. "Call Medicopy for password". I have the records, but still have to call in?! That's different. So I call. Rep promptly takes about five pieces of information, then gives me the wrong password, which does not open the file. So, second call. Rep gives me a totally different password, which she says opens all their data CDs. (First rep didn't know this?) Oookay. So finally I can open the CD. But...it's still password protected, so I can't upload the records to Social Security. Fine, I'll print the records to PDF....digital to digital. Their protection system won't allow it. So I call back. THIRD call. They have a message playing while I wait on hold, telling me how they are making the experience of obtaining medical records "as pleasant as possible". lol. So I ask....how do I get records that aren't password protected? "You can't". You don't have a download system? "No". Their only solution? After three weeks, I have to wait for them to mail records "in a couple days" (which is exactly what I requested three weeks ago, mailed records). I'll also have to scan them, even though they've clearly already been scanned. So these records have gone from analog to digital, to analog, to digital, AND I've had to interact with Medicopy four times so far. (Very efficient). And I need the records NEXT week. I guess I should have ordered the records two months in advance, instead of one month in advance. This system is not well thought out in any way.
My office has used Medicopy for ROI and most recently for disability forms now for several years. Their service has been nothing short of spectacular! Their system integrates with our practice management software and the process is seamless. Support is better than any company I have ever had dealings with and I've been in the healthcare field for over 30 years.
Hello! I was in process of asking my prior therapist, for my records and I already know that in the state of California, I am also entitled to my therapy notes. However my therapist was presenting hurtles( Such as when she wanted for me to receive them, and the modality of them being received; as well as charges she is not allowed to charge... Such as Any further communication on the matter of your files, will delay your paperwork, and I will start charging from this point on, for said communication) that sounded unfair and questionable. Medicopy was so helpful in providing me help and legal links to my questions as well! They made navigating this process so easy.
This site helped me out on a time of LAST MIN URGENT SITUATION!!! And they responded very well, in a correct professional matter. Same day service all thru..... 1st Texting, and 2nd email!! Want to thank this site once again! Last minute savior
Originally I placed the review set forth below. I stand by what I said in that review. However, within the hour of placing that review I received a call from the owner, Elliott, who listened to my concerns, provided the records I had requested, and promised to follow up as to my negative experience. That kind of follow up service must be recognized and applauded. Based on it, I am compelled to re-rate this provider, which I have done. It is clear to me that Elliott cares about the service that his company provides. Ultimately, I was pleased with it.
Prior review: I received an email facially appearing to be from MediCopy indicating they required prepayment (no problem with me) and had an invoice for me, which was attached to the email. The email did not list either the medical provider on whose behalf the medical records were sent, nor the patient on whose behalf they were provided, so I could not confirm this was a legitimate email for records I had in fact requested. Without identifying information in the email my spam filters recommended not opening the email, which was consistent with the advice provided by my IT person. When I called MediCopy to confirm the email, they could not (or would not) confirm sending the email without the name of the patient. Since the name of the patient was not in the email from them, and since I represent hundreds of people, I could not identify the patient. Because of this, it appears I will not receive the requested records. MediCopy can do better than this.

I recently used them to get copies of my medical records and had to use the text option they offer and the representative was extremely helpful and fast with helping with what I needed
This place is awesome!! Very friendly and helpful. Needed some medical information and they have been spot on taking care of what was needed....Thanks so much Medicopy God Bless You!!
The service was excellent Your employee went over and above board with my request. He even sent me information after hours on his own time. Excellent experience!
Excellent company to deal with for medical forms. Customer service was outstanding. Responsive and professional. Thank you so much for the help in getting my forms processed. Keep up the awesome work!!
Very wonderful staff that returned my call very promptly. They were able to steer me in the right direction as to where to start and see if we can get some sort of resolution with the HIPAA Privacy issue.
Needed to have copies of files sent to a new doctor. The young lady told me over the phone how to do a request via email. I checked back before my appointment to verify that the files had been sent and was assisted in making sure it was done and waiting for me at my appointment. All very helpful and efficient people. The easiest fulfilment of medical info I've ever experienced.
The associate at MediCopy was very helpful in getting our records transferred. We initially had a problem with the receiver claiming they never got anything. The meta-copy associate immediately re-faxed everything and confirm they got it and I confirm they got it and it all worked out. Thanks and nice job
I have nothing but great things to say about Medicopy. I've always gotten everything I've asked for and needed. Every single person that I've spoken to has been wonderful! Thank you Medicopy!
Big shout out to Elliot Holt who went above and beyond to assist me with receiving my health records. I was frustrated at first thinking this would be a huge hassle. It was actually easier then having to go all the way to the drs office. So I apologize for my first thoughts. And when there was a slight delay in me receiving my records. Mr. Holt was courteous and prompt either assisting me. .I'm certain he is a huge asset to your company.
