Hello! I was in process of asking my prior therapist, for my records and I already know that in the state of California, I am also entitled to my therapy notes. However my therapist was presenting hurtles( Such as when she wanted for me to receive them, and the modality of them being received; as well as charges she is not allowed to charge... Such as Any further communication on the matter of your files, will delay your paperwork,and I will start charging from this point on, for said communication) that sounded unfair and questionable.
