My first experience has been a nightmare! I just received my PDF from this company and to my surprise, it has some of my medical records but also the medical records of approximately 20 other people. Extreme HIPPA violation. I tried to make contact with the company to inform them and demand a refund and to determine if my personal information is secure, but they close at 4pm. I have already filed a report of the health record violation with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. I would not recommend this company to handle any of my medical records in the future. The medical group that they obtain my records from does not know about the breach as of yet either. However, you better believe 1st think tomorrow morning, I will be on the phone. I hope you take this review into serious consideration before you chose to do business with this organization. How can this company be trusted??
