Take it or leave it - We Don't care
I called checking on status of a needed form that I have to pay them to process. I was informed they had not received any documents/requests from my Dr's Office.
I advised that I just got off of phone with Dr's Office and was told they faxed the requested disability form a week prior.
I Was placed on hold so they "could check with the rep that handles that office".
I've been on hold now for 55 minutes and counting - listening to their looped recording of the outstanding customer service they provide and where I can submit forms. They checked on me once just to make sure I was still there.
I wonder who's Gunna win the bet on their end. It least they get a good laugh for the day.
There is no longer any such thing as customer service. It's an attitude of take it or leave it. We really don't GAF
