Needed to have copies of files sent to a new doctor. The young lady told me over the phone how to do a request via email.
I checked back before my appointment to verify that the files had been sent and was assisted in making sure it was done and waiting for me at my appointment.
All very helpful and efficient people. The easiest fulfilment of medical info I've ever experienced.
