When I had to have knee surgery my orthopedic surgeon uses MediCopy to do their medical paperwork. At first I was a little worried about it, but MediCopy are very reliable. I turned in my paperwork on a Wednesday. Then, on Thursday I received an email about payment to file. So, I made the payment and they sent me a copy of my receipt. Within three days my paperwork was completed and faxed to my employer. As i sat here in rehab on a Friday evening with a lot of time on my hands I sent them a message about a copy of my paperwork. They were closed at that time, but I still received a message in return. The next day (when they were closed) I had received my copy. So, my experience with MediCopy has been very pleasant and easy!!
