I placed a replacement order for the Maddox Cabine...

I placed a replacement order for the Maddox Cabinet because the first one was delivered damaged. We paid for white glove delivery. My client actually had to find towels and furniture slides to help the delivery guys because they were unprepared. The 2nd cabinet was not even delivered because the delivery service was kind enough to tell us the box was badly damaged and the cabinet was damaged as well. I emailed and tried several phone calls to talk to someone with customer service. It took several days to receive a response. Your customer service is terrible. I have had better experiences with big box companies such as Overstock and Walmart who carry less quality accesories and furniture.
We received an email update from Ryder that the 3rd attempt with a new cabinet would be arriving on last Thursday without making an appointment. It didn t arrive and we have no idea where the cabinet is.
I emailed last Thursday and called, dis not hear back from either source. I called this morning again and still, 5 hours later got a voice mail that someone would be calling back.
I m truly so embarrassed as a Designer that I recommended you.
My recommendation, maybe focus on your current orders instead of spending your time promoting your tv show or new book. I m sorry, that is an ugly thing to say but honestly....something should change!
