Soggy fries, cold burgers.... I thought they started a new made fresh as you order? Not able to get through to their phone either!! Good while it lasted the one time i got fresh food! Way to go!!
The line is to long and it takes like half an hour to even get your food and by that time your food is cold!
Once again they are short on employees but are hiring again.
I wish there was some great deals to share about.....But McDonald's is old school, it sure has changed ....I miss $0.25 hamburgers, 20 for $5.00...

They have $1 drinks, great coffee, and good food. The service is good as well. Not the best area though.
The wait was long when I just ordered drinks. This time I went the wait wasn't long and I was helped by very nice employee. She was very warm and nice it made a great impression.
Gave me a raw burger. Bright pink in the middle. I wish I knew how to post the picture. Wouldn t do anything because I didn t have a receipt. But, they didn t give me one.
Took 35 minutes to get through the trap they call a drive through, didn't get the correct food, and on top of that it was the vegetables on the sandwich that i got was rotten and the chicken patty just a dry piece of garbage. Literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I I wish I could give a lower rating.

Extremely rude customer service and messed up our order and when we called to make a complaint the manager hung up when I was talking
Staff is rude they said the inside was closed it wasnt even 7pm but let in customers after i went across the street to jack n box.
The ice coffee was watered down and I needed a pick-me-up it was so disappointing .

Very disappointing, every time I go here which isn t quite often because of the terrible service. Every time I have ordered from here I have always left unsatisfied as I would have to drive all the way back to get my correct order. I asked for a chicken nuggets combo and as I received my food I asked them if everything was in the bag and they rudely said YES!!. As I m driving away I check and my chicken nuggets arnt there. They had only one job, give me my nuggets for my chicken nuggets combo that I ordered. Going back isn t the problem but when I constantly have to every single time for different reasons it s annoying and inconvenient. As I drive back I let them know what happened and they said to pull up to the next window. They hand me my replacement with attitude. Unacceptable.. I work for a fast food establishment myself and know that that s not how you handle customer complaints. Maybe instead of getting a makeover on the building you should have used that money to hire better workers with better attitudes.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive through line. After I got up to the window to pay the lady had a bit of an attitude and they still messed up my order. I had ordered a 20 piece nugget, asked for the their buffalo sauce and all was fine until I looked in the bag. BBQ, and only a 10 piece. I tried to wait to get the ladys attention but she never looked back over. Try going in the day time. The night crew is not all that great and needs some work.

Too many flies inside the dining area. I feel like I'm eating in Somalia. The tables are covered in debris and are largely neglected.
Seems like they are always out of something. Ice cream, pies, soft drinks, just depends. Besides that ALWAYS have to ask for ketchup. I don't know if they are on a budget or get bonuses for saving ketchup packages. But it's NEVER offered or in the bag hen receiving food. It's a condiment that SHOULD NOT have to be asked for unless your order is of items that regularly dont go with it

They must not know what a mop is there was muddy water on floor. The area by soda machines was much worse. There was a worker sweeping cleaning up if you want to call it that. I kind of felt bad for him at least he was trying. While the others was doing nothing. From the time I was there to get food it seamed like everyone was on break all at the same time!! From the other Google reviews we can see McDonalds don't give a squat about their customers! The cstion wet floor sign was at pick up area. A customer said this is Dangerous you all need to mop this up! They just ignored him.
Closed at 1:24am. I hardly think its 24hrs. Waited for 15 - 20min. to see if they were just maintaining the area. Nope. Closed. Lost my appetite.
Service was amazing. Workers are friendly. Dont mind the area,its a little sketchy but thats San Bernardino. A little out of date tho with no kiosks, and no ketchup avaliable.
Usually gets orders correct, but missing items are a common occurrence.
We went to breakfast for my family and they took us all breakfast except one of my daughters we had to go and tell them what was happening or forget to make a breakfast

I went through drive-thru ordered 2 item's not specially made i was told to park & they would bring out my order 1 waited about 15 minutes and decided to walk in , when i asked where's my order they all looked at each other and had no clue..i waited about a couple of mintues finally got my order a very bad experience.
Dude, it is actually a super clean and nice McDonald's with a play place and free game pad. The food is still delicious cheap McDonald's food
Came to this location 8/16 at 11:15pm and just left at 12pm. They informed Me their systems were down right as soon as I was about to pay. I waited until they figured out what was happening. I overheard the manager yelling on the phone that a prior employee did not shut the system down correctly the night before and just left. I waited patiently as they worked through their issue. When the manager approached the window she just said they were accepting cash. I did not have cash on me so she told me to leave. I borrowed some money from my passenger which I believe should have been unnecessary since I was already waiting 45min for my order. I asked for store number and managers name & she was rushing me off. She was also unable to give me proof of purchase. Worst customer service ever & food was cold. It had been sitting there for at least 30 min.
The food was cold. It was a new girl training young African American girl. Try to give her a coupon off of my app said it wasn't taking it. I asked her how come she said she didn't, I told her calling manager then please because it should work. She got bothered with that. Bad service for today, I do not know if it is because of skin color or race, I am Hispanic and I was attended by a person of color and when he gave me the food thrown away he made it to me
3 times in a row, this Mc Donalds DID NOT give ketchup or napkins. But wait heres the kicker, ALL 3 times the machine to make Mc flurry, didn't work. And the last time I was there, in drive thru, the girl on intercom didn't understand English, she had to be told over and over anD OVER... She read back incorrect information, without stopping to even listen to myself and my company tell her she was wrong, dismissed our attempts to correct the order as she asked in repetition the size/Brand of beverage, & fries. And when we pulled up to the window, thinking something is probably just wrong wity the intercom so at this point we were just confused and hungry, ready to talk to her face to face, but she was RUDE, as she was NOT at all attentive, looked like she was aloof, ignored our requests for ketchup & napkins COMPLETELY. She was a jerk. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Mc Donalds, I am taking a break from altogether anyways as for their prices I'll just go to Farmer B's... get actual healthy, real oven cooked food instead of microwaved frozen food from a jerk at Mc Donalds.
No one answers the drive thru order area. My hash browns were cold and along with that my sausage muffins were harder than a rock. Go to the one down toward the freeway on highland or even the one in Wal-Mart on boulder.
