Fast and this one is always super clean!... Gotta love it!..

I'm not usually one to complain about "loitering" but this place is basically a hang out spot for 3 homeless drug addicts and there little dog.. the facility itself isn't bad, but the management did nothing about the odd man lurking around drunk talking to himself and my family about random things that made no sence.. he followed us to the play area after we moved tables to avoid him continuously asking for more money and pointing at us.. making me uncomfortable by taking pictures of us.. he even had a table with his shot of liquor and personal belongings in the play area.... the staff saw him.. but said nothing.. they did nothing.. it looks like it's a normal every day thing there.. I will not be returning to that location and I definitely do NOT recommend you taking your family. Management should be retrained!!

Food ok but there was soda all over the place by the soda dispenser. Had big Mac without big Mac sauce

Just glad that it is finally open for ubereats!!! After waiting for soooo long

The drive threw line took forever...and the double speaker to order u could not hear nothing.and it was noir a good idea to make 2 it holds up the line alot...i would probably never go again

Only reason I'm giving 5 stars is so you can see my comments. This McDonald's is very nasty and the employees are very disrespectful! I've never had customer service like this I do believe her name was Tanya she's African American very rude had a full conversation with another employee when I was in the middle of ordering them she was so distracted that she forgot to give me my change. I will never come back. Another thing the restrooms the way they have it set up is stupid you have to wait till they biz you in I understand the homeless problem in San Bernardino but they should of had it set up different my son and I waited 10 min to use the restroom

The tables wasn't clean and one of machine sodas doesn't work

3rd and last time always something missing or completely wrong order

Ice tea was great but it took my whole lunch time in drive thru

The worst McDonald's in California is all dirty and the service is very bad the bathrooms are disgusting

40 minutes in the driver threw never again will I go there. I didn't wait to order I took off. Went to Carl's Jr to the side of it way better and fast

Worst place to eat at. The drive thru service is incompetent and the traffic pattern is is badly designed. They allow homeless people to beg for money out at the drive thru where you're stuck and can't leave. Solution go to another McDonald's or eat at home its cheaper.

Busy location only too many homeless people wandering the parking lot.

Food is the McD food as far as that is concerned. Problem with this location is that there is so much traffic, very popular with the locals. I certainly hope McD's is planning to rethink the layout of this one as I've almost been run over by the cars that go in and out constantly and clash with customers constantly.

Worst mccdonalds ever, terrible customer service all the girls there are so rude and misinformed, that's why I order on the app & even then I can't get away from how horrendous the service is here, came in to pick up my fraps & asked for her to scan the barcode on the app so I can get a free frap like it says & she can't even read the fine print that says they're supposed to be scanned in store, it's your job, I got turned away and am not getting my points because shes tio lazy or too ignorant to do her job.

It's a place where I would only use the drive thru cause it's not very well maintained and has an ok service, sometimes the ice cream machine doesn't work and have to wait the whole line to get out. The food is like in every other McDonald's, you get what you order and staff are usually nice

Not a grate place to grab a quick meal. Specially when you're going through the drive thru...

I had bad experiences at McDonald's they burn the Patty and too much salt on the Patty

So They Got Our Order Wrong Cause We Ordered A Kids Meal And A Combo Number 1 And Two Fanta Drinks And A Forty Piece Nuggets And They Didn't Gives Us The Combo Number 1 And Gave Us The Wrong Drinks

Parking sucks, and it's in a really bad area for food. Homeless, and people asking for money. Sometimes I just want to be left alone. Food was good though.

Didn't feel welcomed. Lady working register in the morning has a bad attitude. During my stay I heard other costomers complaing about her to the manager. The dinning area is clean food is well prepared.

Really nice staff but the building looks horrible. The menu at the drive thru needs to be replaced. This location needs to to better.

Unfortunately, workers are not properly trained. Customer Service is just an after thought. Each visit, which is rare, I am "schooling" them on proper customer service.

Have to give it a 2 today. A bit of withered lettuce on my Spicy Chicken......if I wasn't so hungry, would complain.......leaving this review will be enough. Will spend my money at the location at Boulder and Baseline.

My Nana me and my great grandma ordered 2 breakfast burritos I sausage biscuit with no eggs and a hasbrown both of my burritos is hard and found out on the receipt it's says sausage egg biscuit and that's not it we found out that they put a hasbrown and put a chicken patty on it Soo we was left starving bc we asked for one simple thing and they mess it up

My food was cold . I could not go back because I had to go to work. Ugh bad customer service

Menu signs needs to be fixed in drive, soda machine needs to fixed it's been broke for 2 weeks, this place just needs to be renovated.

I don t understand how they manage to mess up my order every time. I understand once or twice but all the time...You will never leave satisfied.

It was the slowest service i have ever experienced. Was in the drive through for 25 minutes.
