They took my order right away,the service was fast,and I love the new look. It's nice and new ,very clean .

They stop serving breakfast at 10:30 its always been 11:00 am there is The vest

I guess they're okay if that's what you like. I don't eat from any McDonald's. They always have good fast service when I take other people there and they're always friendly.. So I guess they're pretty good .

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. First of all I walk in I make my order and nothing is correct. I order happy meals for the kids and instead of the nuggets i got a box filled with dressing. I went back and the manager just threw the order in my bag she didn t even offer to refund or at least give me another order. She did not even apologize as well. She just gave me an attitude. JUST BECAUSE YOUR RESTAURANT IS PACKED DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE TO RUSH THROUGH ORDERS AND NOT HAVE THEM DONE RIGHT ! Seriously if your not gonna do your job right why work ?!

The place is really nice and the food is delicious!! Especially their breakfast

Speedy service like always & accidentally gave us a free beverage , however the Apple pies I ordered were cold.

I asked for 2 sausage mcmuffins with egg and got 2 with no egg and they charged me 4.73. I called and asked if they had the promo for 2 for 4 she said it was 2 for 4.50. So i told the girl on the phonewhat they gave me and what they charged me and she said. "Thats because those are 1.99 each." Even with tax at 9% (wich is not here in SB) it does not add up to that. I know its just change but my order wasnt right and they gave me less for more. I WONT COME BACK

Horrible rude employees, I have had multiple problems here, They number they had listed is incorrect, every single time I order something here the order comes to me completely wrong. I went in tonight at 10pm, not that many people were there. I ordered a few items, I DID NOT receive my second large drink, Did not get 2 Mcdoubles plain which I ordered, they gave me one Mcdouble with onions when I asked nicely plain with cheese (Even the receipt says this). When you finally get a hold of corporate all they tell you is that they will solve the issue and give you a coupon for a free meal at a different location in RIALTO. If you want to eat at a McDonalds you're better off going to the one on Baseline ave in HIghland, Ca, at least they can send out correct orders, and if they do not, the manager will solve it ASAP and let his/her employees know to be a bit more careful.

Stopped by just to find two chairs blocking the drive thru entrance. No sign saying closed or what time they will be open. Hours should be updated if this restaurant isn t operating 24 hours like it says it is

Good. They don't want to speak to you in Spanish, but they understand everything you say in Spanish.

Messed up our order and tried to fix it with bare hands

Went to 2 different MacDonald's in 1 hour.
First one was on Delrosa &Highland where they shorted me $5.00 which I had to correct them on.Come on it register and the tape tells them how much change is needed.
My second trip was to MacDonald's on Baseline & Paine.
Wow was I surprised that there where two drive thru lanes.Order was correct with the right change given the first time.

As far as. The employees are concerned they are the best with service and helpfulness

There's so many McDonald's around some are just ok and some are way better if you find a good one I suggest that you stick with it

This McDonald's was recently renovated and added a new double lane drive thru.

We ve been at the drive thru for over 30 mins and the line isn t moving, this place sucks!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Considering that I am a business owner half of these people would of been FIRED! They're rude , untrained and screw up orders because they're to busy talking instead of actually listening to what the consumer wants! Something needs to be done about these employees unbelievable ! Never again will I go there !!! *epic thumbs down*

Ordering pretty slow, the outdoor playground not clean, I found cigarettes butts on the ground.

Always gets my order right and out in a timely manner. Friendly staff. Plenty of seating. The bathrooms have locks that require talking to the cashier to open. Nice looking play place.

I bought 3 mcflurrys from this location today and all 3 of them have some type of foreign plastic in them I'm assuming it's from the roof that they are working on inside I cant believe nobody caught it before they gave them to me my 6 year old took a bite and had a huge piece of plastic in her mouth imagine if she would've swallowed it smh .I went to get my money back and the manager offered to make another one for what if there is plastic in the ice cream smh this location should not be open until construction is finished.

This McDonalds is fast in the drive through and usually accurate with their orders. Only complaint is fries are hit or miss when it comes to freshness and their ice cream cones are ridiculously small!

Nice people work there, they aren't scared of people using the restroom.

Good food, but the shamrock shake we got wasn't mixed right so it was super minty at the bottom

Cashier took off with my credit card to the back of the store.
Hot my card back and left. Didn't want the food.

On my first visit the sausage burritos were disgusting. On my second visit, they forgot the apple juice on both my happy meals.Not good.

Honestly, the area isn't nice. So the restaurant is a victim of demographic.

Normally it's a pleasant experience,today,not so,line was long,only one register,ordered two large coffees,received two smalls,as it was had to wait almost 10 minutes for it to brew,finally had to remind them I was still waiting for my java

The service is mediocre at best. And they NEVER serve ice cream products after 9pm it seems. Not sure why they don t just advertise that ice cream products aren t sold after 9pm.

The little girl that took our order was courteous and polite. I'm mad because I didn't get her name! The area is not a great area and there were homeless people all around. There was a homeless lady in McDonald's begging for money ,I notified the manager and he asked her to leave right away. The food was hot and the coffee was fresh. I only eat at McDonald's about once a year.

Not sure why I continuously give this McDonald's a chance when I get let down each time. It never fails, every time we go the order is incorrect or food is completely missing. A few weeks ago I ordered a McMuffin and they didn't put it in the bag, when I asked they had me pull forward and brought me all the components of a McMuffin spread out on a platter. Tonight, we order the 2 for 5 Big Macs, a large fry, 2 cokes, and a deluxe breakfast. We received cokes with no ice and a hashbrown with no platter. The employee insisted they had no ice but the manager filled our cups with ice. The cashier gave my breakfast to the car behind me. Completely disorganized and poorly trained staff, to say the least.

My cashier was so genuinely sweet and professional...yet honestly courteous...I had to wait on my nuggets...things happen...but we need more customer service like the one who helped me

I hate hate hate going to this McDonald's. They are always out of something. This has happened over a dozen times so i had to resort to a bad review! They seem to be owned by someone who has not yet grasped the concept of proper inventory, staff training or resturant cleanliness just yet. It is extremely disappointing because this is the only McDonalds in a 6 mile radius so if I am near my house McDonalds is no longer even an option. Two thumbs and 2 toes down!

Clean and fast service EXCEPT too many homeless people are palm handling in the front of this business. Very unappetite!

McDonalds corporation is satanic, and what they use for meat is horrifying.
