I joined here as a web designer in 2011 and when I came here for the first time I was really amazed regarding their working style as well as the atmosphere which is very good. A designer is given all the requisites as well if anything extra if the employee wants. I've had some good experience with SZI Technologies PVT Ltd. Ryan was very patient. As I was on business trip, I was not easily accessible. Ryan was punctual, following me up time & again. They have catered my web site rebuilding and search engine optimization needs extremely well.

After 4 days of posting my review, they have reported my review and review. Now, you all can see how fraud is the company person Genuine post are been removed. Please share this review so, that others can know about the company.
Worst company ever in which i have worked in. Company's Director is a great lair. I was working there in the HR department and as i was pursuing MBA and was in my last semester, i asked for a leave to give my examination which was earlier informed to the company during my joining and on- boarding process but the company asked me to give the spot resignation during my examination, when i asked them for a leave, they didn't provide me the leave . They said & promised me that they will clear all my dues, but they didn't do that. They also said that, after my exams i can continue working with the company. But, after my exams they, kept me back to operations but again asked me to serve a probation period of 6 months and salary was also not cleared. Till date the salary is not clear. The director (Paulomi Mazumdar) is very smart and don't inform anything to the owner (Syed Zafar Imam) of the company.
I would suggest not to join this company, as there is always a salary delay issue in the company plus they keep on promising there employees regarding something or else but never stand on their words. Moreover, while leaving the company I had word with the HR team, regarding the releasing letter/experience letter, which again they promised that they will provide but very smartly again the game was played by the director and she didn t provide me any releasing or experience letter.
Moreover, i am shocked that, they don't take action against the employees those who play politics and do nonsense things in the office premises. They just keep entertaining those employees.
So, my advice please don t join the company as you will be trapped there.

It's really very good company especially for fresher s. I worked here approx 3 years and learnt a lot especially in SZI Technologies. If you want to work on good project, want to learn by yourself and implement into the project, you can join here. Here you have free hand to write the code, experiment with new things. But, if you are not a hard worker and depend on other to learn new technology / thing, then don't join SZI. Work environment is good. I had worked here on many challenging tasks that gave me the confidence.

I run a small business and my main focus is to promote by business locally. I was not sure how to do it. Then I came across one online ad about this company and called them to do Google local listings for my business. From day one, I was confident about their service. I read a couple of reviews about this company before I hired them. Now, I can say that I did the right selection. My business has grown locally and every single day I am getting new clients.
They do listings in mainly in Google, Bing and Yahoo. They made no compromise to deliver what they have committed me. The professionals are extremely supportive and listen to my queries and try to solve as much as possible.
Filthy working environment with nutheads leading their teams. The management is worse. The salary was never on time.
This is a company which doesn't care about employees at all. They are simply heartless. The management is not bothered about employee satisfaction. They see only profit. This is the main reason that SZI Technologies will remain a small company forever and will never grow.
People who want to join this company must not go by the FAKE positive reviews. Remember those are all written by in-house content writing team and shared by online reputation management guy. The digital marketing team and the content team can't work on their own. Instead they have to do what the foolish accounts managers instruct.
You can join the company only with a hope that one fine day, you will be called by your project manager or HR or executive director and asked to leave without doing any major mistake.

I had been working with Zoom Web Media / SZI technolgies (the indian name) since 2016. I left in 2019. My experience here was kinda mixed. Initially the work place was good. everything was on time including salary, incentive, leaves etc. The work place was fun to be or you can say we enjoyed working here with the management. Then in 2018 August we relocated to a new building. scenes were good at the start there and then things started taking a toll. Since the beginning of 2019 everything went for a toss. starting from january we never got our salaries on time, incentives were pending for 5-6 months overall. people starting leaving the organization and the management seemed least interested in re-hiring them back. The owner Mr. Syed Zafar Imam kept himself busy in investing in a lot of other ventures and didn't pay heed to this place. The Manager Bhaskar singh was busy eating and Richard busy with a lady from the office premises. the managers working their in the night consume alcohol during the work hours. Slowly slowly the morning and the day shift closed. The owner gave the seats on rent to some tech support company. Only shift running was the night with only handy people working. In November the Owner went behind bars for running fraud tech support in the same premises (the rented people). And i left. A lot of people haven't got their monthly salaries and many have their incentives pending. the operations team almost shut down with only 8-10 people in hand. the customer support half the people got thrown out and the ones working are not even being paid properly. Do no believe the 5 star ratings as all have been done by the employees over there. right now the management is only busy filling their pockets. Please do no go or send anyone else here for job.
Only work going on here is doing unauthorized card charges. All clients who have previously signed up for some or the other work, their card details have been saved and are being used to pay off the owners bills and bail fees.
Again do not go and work here. the company used to be good and now its become pathetic!!!!

Amazed by the SMO (Social Media Optimization) done by the SZI Technologies. I am awed with the wonderful service; it was only few months back that I could do nothing to promote my business. SZI Technologies did the impossible. I am amazed to have them.
I work as a sales development representative with my direct boss being the MD, Mr. Bhaskar. He has put in personal time to sit down with me and go over my calls every day for 15-20 mins, giving me feedback on my progress. It is a great environment for learning sales and the whole sales team has really helped me grow in my career. They even paid for me to attend an 8-week intensive sales training and an ongoing weekly 2-hour refresher course that the wholes sales team goes to, so we are all on the same page and working as one cohesive team with a system.

4) Went for the interview anyways, greeted by HR Suptashree for the first round, and another lady in the second round, and was asked to come back after 4 and a half hours for the final round {where do I go, what do I do during that time, no clue,no idea !}
5) Came back home, went next proposed day
6) Made to wait for 1 and a half hours
7) My turn came finally, and I was introduced to a Fantastic human being who was supposed to take the final round, who fantastically started with the bad reviews of my last company to make me believe I'm coming from a lame professional background {learned a lot from him as to in which ways you can try decimating the salary package of a deserving person, and that according to him is rule no. 1}
8) Then he started counting my years of experience { Man I told you upfront that he's a fantastic human being, now don't have me push it !} And was asked to wait outside.
9) The moment of truth {Drumrolls} Suptashree came and said they'll call me later {for what ?}
10) Job seekers......Go, if you're called upon for the interview, and have fun.......It's a funny place, alright !!!!
