Came to this location 8/16 at 11:15pm and just left at 12pm. They informed Me their systems were down right as soon as I was about to pay. I waited until they figured out what was happening. I overheard the manager yelling on the phone that a prior employee did not shut the system down correctly the night before and just left. I waited patiently as they worked through their issue. When the manager approached the window she just said they were accepting cash. I did not have cash on me so she told me to leave. I borrowed some money from my passenger which I believe should have been unnecessary since I was already waiting 45min for my order. I asked for store number and managers name & she was rushing me off. She was also unable to give me proof of purchase. Worst customer service ever & food was cold. It had been sitting there for at least 30 min.
