Great as always, had Sweet Tea and water! The place was very clean but it has a recent remodel

This is by far the gnarliest McDonalds ever. I like to acknowledge good businesses when they do well & during the day or in the morning it s like another place completely. They are efficient & nice. But the night crew is so gnarly, cursing at the window. After a certain hour they stop serving it s 3am & I am working late and wanted a Big Mac & I can only get breakfast? & I withdraw cash to come here because they say they only accept cash here a lot. I m done coming here. I m giving up and going to Jack In The Box.

It's McDonald's they have really kept up with the times always changing with the needs of there customers and still keeping the good favorites

This place is worth trying. They have large portions for affordable rates. Constantly well organized and with awesome character. Will visit here again.

Always packed and slow, there tea is never sweet, with a little improvement I will give 5 starts until then it's 3 not a very satisfied customer

Worst McDonald's ive ever been to dirty, old, needs to be torn down and rebuilt employees are rude, drive thru service is the worst expect to wait 20 mins ++ and you could only pick up your mobile order inside not from the drive thru even though it clearly says you can pick up from drive through never again disappointed needs to be shut down for good!

McDonald's is pretty much the same everywhere in the US with little differences state to state. Sometimes this one forgets things when u go through the drive through

This place within a 2 month period had their ice cream machine not in service and it was still pretty early, so I was forced to wait in the car lines till I could find a place to exit and I was looking forward to getting those sundaes! I finally went for the 3rd time and ordered 2 sundaes and they barely put any chocolate(seriously) and they refused to put more!!

Simply arrible inside the attention not very good I do not recommend it

They did not give me my bank card back so now I have to go back there to get my card hopefully there are no extra charges on it

Every time I go to this McDonald's they don't have something. this visit then have any fish sandwiches and their Sunday machine was not. They suck

Smelled really bad, and some of the employees were bullying some of the other employees.

Always packed especially around noon. I ordered a triple cheeseburger well-done fries and a large Coke.

Just ok . Some worker's are a bit rude but that's the same thing at any other one. Mostly the management

Good service and fast drive-thru That's What I Call fast food

I'm so fustrated with this McDonalds. It seems like the people who work there have never been trained to do their job. There's hair in the food all the time, and the cashiers are so bad at math. My sister ordered 1 Orange juice, 5 one dollar McMuffins and 1 parfait, the cashier charged her 15.99. Really? When she asked her why was it so much the cashier just repeated the order and said "thats why". At the most it would of only been 9 bucks and today a few hours ago the night manager swiped my sisters card and she returns it and says "sorry your card was declined I swiped it twice but it didn't work" so I pull out my phone and check my sister's account and the cashier had charged her twice. When we told her she charched her twice and showed her my phone and the account summary she said "oh its an over draft fee" Are you serious? Can you not read?

I can't walk in to make an order and shake machine is always seems to go out on them.

Handy place for a quick rest stop while visiting family. You can always depend on Mc Donalds.

Mess up my order even after read the order back to me

Foods okay I haven't got diarrhea from eating there also for free that will help you sharpen your adding and subtracting skills when they teach you for your change for a dollar more I hear they're wash their hands thank God for Imodium

Their service is horrible every time I come here there is a long wait today it was excessive I waited 45 minutes for one order I understand sometimes people get behind and staff is short but every single time I've been here seriously it's a mess I love McDonald's but this specific location I have not had a good experience

The place is too dirty tables and chairs and the floor is a mess

This location is good, but I don't like the loiters that hang outside this shop. Very fast service and everything you would expect from a McDonald's but there are always people loitering outside in the parking lot.

Oh my God don't ever go to this McDonald's not only does it take forever and a moon to get serviced, then forever to get your food, but they messed up on a lot of people orders while I was there and they're rude as heck

This review is based on my experience on 7/20 around 8:30pm: the guy at the drive-trhu was polite. I ordered a small caramel frappe. Look at it. It doesn't look good and it was NOT as cold as from other mc Donald's.

It was awful. I waited in line and got called up to a register just for the manager to tell me to wait in line again behind four other people. Hell no I ain't waiting twice. Their food ain't that special. Rude!

Never can get my order correct ,very slow service, this is one of the worst McDonalds ever

The food is good. The employees taking orders are courteous. However, they never get the order correct. It seems like they have difficulty reading the order correctly on the screen. The soda machines are always broken. Lots of homeless people, drug addicts, etc. AVOID THIS MCDONALDS!!

11:20am....Waited in drive thru line 35 mins from beginning to getting food. Pulled out before checking correctness and missing all french fries. Parked and went in to get them. Got them and walked back to truck. Checked fries and they were cold. In too much of a hurry to Disneyland and headed out. Opened bag and the rest of the food was cold too... When I went in, the manager and workers all seemed to be moving at their own pace. No hurry. The window girl noticed I came back and giggled to herself and the manager as if they knew they screwed up and acted like it was a joke. I've grown up in this area, before this McDonald's was built, and it's been going down hill for the past 5+ years. The owner's should take more interest in the service they're providing Or disservice. I avoid this store , now, more than I use to. C'mon McDonald's!!.... Get it together!!!

Worst service I've ever experienced in my life. Woman was rude about adding onto my order and she didn't even get our right. Never coming to this McDonalds again.

If you only knew the chemicals they add into their food. McDonald's meals in the United States are band in the UK.

Well when I Ordered Two Sauge. Egg and cheese Breakfast Sand The muffins were burnt

They are always on point with my order I know I am difficult but they make it to be easy when I order.

Still can get cheap food n decent amount for what u pay.

It was the outstanding service. I have a bum leg and it's been seriously acting up. The asst manager observed that and allowed me to sit down while my to-go order was prepared. They didn't call my number. Instead, the same manager brought my order to me. Kudos and thank you.

My order was incomplete and the manager was very rude when drove back to get it filled

Great food I use the McDonald app to order my food and it makes standing in line much easier. My order is promptly packaged and I'm out. Great service keep up the good work.
