According to one employee, the air is centrally controlled, and not by the thermostat on the wall with directions posted next to said thermostat. It s quite warm in the room, and the front desk suggestion is to crack a window on a 40 degree night. That was the second call to the front desk. The first call, an hour earlier, I was told someone would come to the room to look at the hvac unit. So somebody has no idea what they re talking about. Received a dud of a room. Directly across from the elevator. Water pressure in the shower is weak and the handle to turn on the water is coming off. The lobby and breakfast area are nice, so there s that.
Update: The maintenance person came by the next day to look at the shower. He said he could not fix the leaking showerhead, but did get me moved to a different room, which was much better. Breakfast was very good each morning. Had some problems with the bill that I am still trying to resolve. Overall, a 3.
