I would have to agree with some of the other people on here this hotel is not to Embassy suites standards the people who work at the front desk even though you're in the honors section treat you like they could care less they are too busy talking among each other to have the basic common courtesy to attend to you or address you. When we checked in on Thursday, 3 March 2016 our room was not that clean the furniture had oil sprayed on it and not wiped off and it was only on half the furniture I put my papers down on the desk and they got soaked with oil coffee maker still had coffee and coffee bags in it, the freezer was caked with ice like it hadn't been defrosted in a while, phone in the bedroom had some type of stuff all covered on the receiver and I was afraid to touch it I called the front desk and they sent a lady who brought me a rag. I I wasn't cleaning nothing and I wanted to speak with the manager they ended up sending two more ladies to clean the room while we waited till they finish cleaning up the room The next day the shower started clogging up and I had to call that in. The room didn't smell very clean, almost like dirty shoes in the closet area. We never used the pool because it was full of teenagers which is fine just too many for us to be able to relax in a pool. This was our first time in San Francisco and I knew would be a little ways from downtown I just didn't realize how far away it would be which is my fault I should've did more research I had just been accustomed to Embassy suites and this to me but for the worst one I have stayed in, I will not be at this particular Embassy suites ever again The Wi-Fi definitely had problems seem like the password was changed every day and then it would lock up when you use it and I felt when I called down to the front desk to ask for the password I was bothering them. The breakfast was not that great for an Embassy suites it took a while standing in line all no I would not stay at this Embassy suites again. If there was somewhere closer to eat at which by the way I found out across the street as I was checking out and leaving the 24 hour diner I would've just ate there.
