Hotel is great place to stay. It is within a five to seven minute ride from the airport via car or taxi. Airport has a shuttle from SFO to the hotel front door. I elected to rent a car. The hotel is a ten minute ride to the San Bruno BART station. The San Bruno station is a bit further that the Millbrae station but it is a bit easier to access, park, and has a easy to access mall. The San Bruno station offers free parking on the weekends and only $3 all day parking during the week. The car park is also located next to a Police Station, cutting down on potential funny business. The train from San Bruno to Downtown SF is approximately thirty five minutes. Be aware that credit cards have a rolling 2 day limit of $69 purchase with a maximum of 2 transactions per card per rolling day. This cuts down on purchasing tickets with stolen credit cards.

Getting back to the hotel, a complimentary cooked to order breakfast was included. This includes an omelette (or eggs), french toast. sausage, bacon, and home fries. There are also muffins, bread, hot & cold cereal, and danish. Tables are rather scarce during the height of breakfast (8 clock hour) which contributes to the to four star rating. Food is definitely more than adequate.

Room is more than spacious for two people as each room is a suite; with a living area and television, a large queen size bed and television, and bathroom. The bathroom is rather cramped for two people which contributes to the four star rating. WiFi was given to us but gets bogged down very easily at night when everyone is in their rooms. The room has climate control but the heat kicks on automatically when the outside temperature is under 55 and the AC kicks on over 65 and a regular fan is available in between.

The room was quite stuffy which I had to solve by leaving the door open for hours at a time. The only time this was a problem is Friday night when a heard several under age people yelling and screaming for all over thirty seconds at 3 AM. This contributed to the four star review.

The room had a view of the bay, which comes for a price, but is well worth it even when it is foggy (which is nearly all the time) because it gives you a great view of the southern bay and the runways of SFO. The noise from SFO is nearly non-existent unless you have the door open and even then it is not very noticeable. The hotel grounds are very well maintained although the hotel waters its lawns and flowers quite excessively for a state suffering from a drought of historic proportions. Parking is a bit of a problem in the evening hours as there is always goings on at the hotel. While I was there, there was a formal event on a Saturday night and a Diva Run on Sunday morning leading to an overcrowded parking lot and a busy breakfast on Sunday morning. I had limited encounters with all hotel staff but all were super kind and friendly.

The restaurant at the hotel, Tap and Tavern, is a bit overpriced for the quality of the food though portions are acceptable. The staff is super friendly and even helped my find an out of town sporting even on TV which I wanted to watch. In two visits, it wasn't very busy.

Overall, the hotel is very nice. The rooms are a little pricey (over $200 a night) for the time we stayed but makes up for it with a hearty breakfast and more than spacious living quarters. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area.
