I had an appointment at 0815 hours, I parked my car, and Arthur came out to greet me. I told him I needed a oil change and tire rotation. I asked if they do transmission flushes as well, he told me they do. It would take 4 days and my warranty covers a rental car. I was appreciate of the info and said I would pick my car up around lunch time. Arthur called me back later to inform me my car was finished. When I picked up my car, it was clean and had been washed. I'm very happy with the customer service and that they are bringing back car washes for people who drop their car off.
