Joe Green took care of me. I initially took it in for simple warranty work, but when I went to go pick up the truck, he took the time to ask me about my tires; they were abnormally worn. Joe had his guys check out the suspension and steering, and identified problems. He took the time to explain these to me. Almost all of it was covered under warranty. The truck rides better than it ever has. I've had Joe, Art, and Jackie work on my F250 and Fiesta in the past and am happy to be back in California close to a dealership I can trust.
