Where do I begin. I came here after I was told by another dealership they were too busy to diagnose my car. I show up to McCoy's and Jackie right away had a mechanic take a glance to see if it was something serious or not. Amazing! What dealership does that anymore? This was by far the most personable, professional, serviceable and friendly group of people that I've experienced at a Ford dealership. They need to be commended. Thank you
