I just purchased my new Equinox with the help of Carl Gray! This was my first new vehicle purchase and it went smoothly. Carl was very knowledgeable of the products and was able to help me feel confident that the vehicle I chose was the best option for me. He was never pushy and made the purchasing process easy. He also took the time to explain each step in the process so I understood what was going on. I would definitely recommend McCarthy Chevrolet to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

The sales group was not all over us from the time we arrived. The salesman and sales manager, that we met, were extremely helpful.

Seriously have been trying to buy this truck for over a month now! cannot get no one to call back including Ryan McCarthy! call in multiple time to ask about the warranty information but no one will send this to me. needless to say I get a phone call back finally with no apologies but how can I help to griping at me cause I never spoke to him before and I was to believe he would follow up. I was cussed, told I knew nothing so I hung up. I can give them credit for not hassling the s@#t out of me, but would have much rather they did cause they would have sold a 35k+ truck, sure someone could have used the commission. Place is a joke.

I worked with Jamie Harrigan Sr. and received excellent service from him as he walked me through the buying process. I'm from out of town, and did most of my dealing over the phone. They gave me a very fair price on my trade-in and had my new car ready to go when I arrived. We had completed most of the paper work the day before via computer, which also saved time. This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership. I like to keep my business local, but I've gotten a better deal the last two times I've shopped here. Highly recommend!

Whew where do I start! What an experience! I couldn t be happier with the purchase of my Pre-Owned Chevy Avalanche! My Salesman was Heath and he couldn t have made the experience any better. I didn t feel like I was buying from a sales guy but more so a friend! In the test drive we couldn t stop joking and having fun all while not forgetting the purpose for it. He highlighted all the features I was showing interest in and not flooding me with info I don t care about. He remembered everything we talked about when he was taking notes on what I was lookin for when I got there.He also didn t hesitate to let me know if he d have to get the answer to a question he didn t know (which there wasn t really anything he didn t know). If you are looking for a New or Pre-Owned vehicle McCarthy has a process and most importantly, from my personal experience (as I am positive there are many great salesman there) a salesman that will change the way you think of the experience when it comes to buying a vehicle! Not only is McCarthy solidified as my go to car dealer and as if there wasn t enough positive to speak of, Heath even told me he d pay me $$$ for every customer I send his way, shoot that s the least I could do! I guess it was an overall good experience. I've bought several cars over the years and this dealership, Tim Gibson especially was very honest and up front. The only reason I didnt give five stars was because of the ridiculously long time that it took to actually get done. I was in there for 2+ hours on two different days. I understand some of that was looking and test driving but a more streamlined approach to sales is much needed.

I just purchased my first Chevrolet back in July 2014. It had some wear and tear that needed to be tended to as soon as possible. I called and spoke with Scott Essex and he got me in with the same day service. I thought I was only going to come in to get my Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor replaced, but upon arrival and waiting, Scott came and got me from the waiting room which I already knew that bad news was approaching. Both of my rear tires were a mess! One had a hole in it which was causing a small leak and then my other tire was also damaged with a huge hole in it! I don't even know how I was driving on it! Scott worked with me and my budget and helped me to get two tires put on my car and he gave me a great deal! I am very thankful for Scott as well as the mechanic that worked on my vehicle. Scott went above and beyond the call of duty and I'm grateful for that.

Heath did an excellent job, and was very knowledgeable. He stayed over an hour past closing time just so we could get our car. I have a hectic work schedule and he worked around it. Finance department was also friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back.

Chris LeGrotte has provided excellent service to our family for almost 20 years. My last visit to McCarthy was no exception. Chris is always kind, respectful and courteous. His professionalism and prompt responses to my questions, willingness to explain services needed and friendly attitude make Chris and McCarthy a trusted service provider for our entire family. We have had at least 6 cars over these last nearly 20. I feel safe having all of my vehicles serviced with McCarthy through Chris. As my daughter and son begin their driving and car ownership experience, I know I can trust this relationship. I have sent my daughter to get her car fixed with Chris and McCarthy because of the trust and respect we have built through the years. We will always seek Chris s support for all of our vehicle service needs. He is exceptional.

Wife took car in about her windshield wipers streaking on passenger side she made appt. The service manager went out and pushed on the wiper arm and told her its problems was a bad windshield it never left the bay they never check to see it if it need adjustment. We will not be doing business with them again, this is third car we bought from them and will be posting with the bbb

The sales team was accommodating, and I ended up in an amazing vehicle. I have to say that in this day and age I am surprised at how lengthy and cumbersome the automobile buying process still is. A little bit more transparency when it comes to add-ons at the end of the sale, like extended warranties, is always appreciated. Thanks, especially to Ethan as he was awesome.

After years of struggling, I was finally able to purchase a brand new vehicle yesterday 4/27/20. I first spoke with Ej the finance director and he explained my pre-approval. I came in and spoke with Heath MCroy and he was amazing to deal with. The day I bought it, I dealt with Tyler Bradley and he made everything so simple. The final step was talking with Ej again and signing papers. I can't begin to explain how amazing the experience was. Our sales rep Jamie Harrigan Sr made this the most pain free car purchase ever! I called McCarthy s financial dept and was prequalified before we got there. We let them know which vehicle we wanted to purchase and they had it ready when we got there. Our rep Jamie Sr sent us a video message introducing himself prior to our appointment! We received an awesome price for our trade in. They even filled the gas tank for us! If you want to purchase a vehicle without a hassle call Jamie!

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2014 Chevrolet Equinox LTZ from Monty Knight. It was a really unexpected and quick purchase, as we had planned to buy a new car next spring or summer. But I saw this car Wednesday night online and it was perfect. Drove it Thursday and by Friday we had signed paperwork. The whole process was so easy and smooth! No service after the sale, no communication from sales to service department on we owe. The sales team does not care about the customer after you leave, not even a follow up phone call. Don t believe anything the sales manager tells you. I will never buy from here again.

I can t say enough good things about this dealership! Unfortunately my new car had some major factory issues, but Ulises was amazing, and he and Eric got me into a brand new car to replace it! Ulises communication from start to finish was impeccable. He was sympathetic and caring, and truly made my car buying experience fantastic! I am still waiting after a week for Ryan McCarthy to return my phone call as HE promised he would. He assured me he would call me back and he did not. I think that is reason enough to never buy a vehicle there again. I initially called to complain that 5 of the lug nuts on my vehicle had been cross threaded and cost a lot of money to fix. I had never had the tires off of the vehicle since I had purchased it less than one year prior and had only put 10k miles in it in that time. I was told that the dealership had never removed the wheels (so much for their quality inspection. Last time I checked you had to remove the wheels to check the brakes). These people are completely lacking in customer service skills. They could have had a customer for life. Instead I will never buy a vehicle from them again. When I buy my wife a Hyundai in the next couple of years it will not be from any McCarthy dealership. This could have easily been resolved if Ryan McCarthy had actually done what he said and called me back. I should have known this would happen after I went and spent $22k on a vehicle and never even received a courtesy follow-up call from the salesman.

Scott Essex always takes care of me when I come in for my monthly car checkups. There was another Scott that greeted as I came in I forgot his last name. Once again Mccarthy Chevrolet you did it again service.

Our experience with buying a new Chevy Traverse from Tom Hardin was the most stress free experience we have ever had. He was very professional and helpful and answered all of our questions.To say he bent over backwards to get us a great deal would be a tremendous understatement.
In fact, the most stress we experienced at McCarthy that day was watching the Kansas City Royals play the Toronto Blue Jays in the ALCS series on their showroom floor TV's. However, it was fun to watch the game with a lot of their friendly and courteous staff.

Waited 1.5 hrs for oil change & after I had left I noticed they put my car under my ex husbands name & did not clarify w me & ask, just assumed & put my account under his name. Now, I have to call them & bring to their attention the mistake. Not happy!

Update.. as of today 11/21 I still have not received my paperwork for my car so I can get it registered.

WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR FROM. I wanted to drive a truck and the salesperson took me around the dealership and goes this is our test drive.

Sales was very helpful and very insightful of what I wanted. Heath worked with me and me into the car that I wanted for the price I wanted.

McCarthy responded slowly to us we feel. We called on a Saturday am at 9:30 with 2 questions. Did they have the vehicle and would they take anything less for it. We were told someone would call us back soon. At noon, we called back and were told they thought someone else had taken care of our question. We were finally called back by someone that could negotiate and settled on a price about 2. We had an apt to pick up car at 4 and they told us everything would be ready. We arrived at 4 and waited. They had to detail the car and try to sell us extended warranties that took way too long and we told him upfront we did not want any. We also didn't really want the $1000 in store addon they install on all vehicles but if we wanted this vehicle, we had to purchase it because it was already on the car. Although the people were nice and we got a decent car for a decent price, we will think twice before purchasing another vehicle from this company.

Tom was great. I didn't purchase the vehicle I was interested in but that was my personal decision as I couldn't decide on a mustang or a jeep. Had I gone the other way I would have been back to work with Tom towards a purchase.

I was very pleased with the effort everyone from the sales guy, Brent, the product specialist, Jordan, to the money person Siam. Even Nick jumping in to assist me when he wasn't the "person" making/completing my deal/purchase. McCarthy has the "whole" package with all the people I had experience with and they are a great group to work with!

I contacted Bryan White at McCarthy Chevrolet to find the right truck for me back in February. Boy did he deliver! Super pleased with my purchase. I went to this dealership to collect the purchase order and the value given for my vehicle. The salesmen refused to come down on the vehicles sales price as well as the my trade in value. Which was $3000 shorter that what KBB states its value at 7700 miles.
I informed the salesmen that I already have a bank lined up and I don't want for them to check my credit. The salesmen Heath became pushy about financing with the bank that the dealership uses. I refuse several times before he decided to stop. Then the finance manager decided to tell me that they should not offer me as much. I said no I want more for it. Then the finance manager became pushy wanting to check my credit and also to add on the extended warranty. Then the salesman reentered the room to see if I still wanted the vehicle. After having to waite in the dealership lobby for three hours. I told the salesman that I would be back to purchase the vehicle the next day but after all that I had to deal with during that process. There was know way that I was going to return to this dealership to buy anything. Not at all. For me it is all about customer service which is what a sales person is suppose to provide to each customer. the salesman that I worked with was Heath.

Our salesman, Jamie, did everything he said he would do. He did it on time. He did as quickly as possible. We are pleased with our experience, and purchase.
