Review of McCarthy Chevrolet

I am still waiting after a week for Ryan McCarthy ...

I am still waiting after a week for Ryan McCarthy to return my phone call as HE promised he would. He assured me he would call me back and he did not. I think that is reason enough to never buy a vehicle there again. I initially called to complain that 5 of the lug nuts on my vehicle had been cross threaded and cost a lot of money to fix. I had never had the tires off of the vehicle since I had purchased it less than one year prior and had only put 10k miles in it in that time. I was told that the dealership had never removed the wheels (so much for their quality inspection. Last time I checked you had to remove the wheels to check the brakes). These people are completely lacking in customer service skills. They could have had a customer for life. Instead I will never buy a vehicle from them again. When I buy my wife a Hyundai in the next couple of years it will not be from any McCarthy dealership. This could have easily been resolved if Ryan McCarthy had actually done what he said and called me back. I should have known this would happen after I went and spent $22k on a vehicle and never even received a courtesy follow-up call from the salesman.
