Everyone was very nice and worked with me to get me taken care of as fast as they could even at the end of a day when the shop department was already gone and my item needing assistance on was something that needed a special tool. I was very pleased with the effort everyone from the sales guy, Brent, the product specialist, Jordan, to the money person Siam. Even Nick jumping in to assist me when he wasn't the "person" making/completing my deal/purchase. McCarthy has the "whole" package with all the people I had experience with and they are a great group to work with!
