Save yourself some time and go elsewhere to buy a car from a dealership that actually wants to sell cars. The fact that the sales rep didn't even bring in his manager to speak to me before leaving says a lot. CABLE DAHMER Chevrolet is where I went to get a deal done. Just a little tip to help your sales guys and gals sell more cars. When a customer says I'm buying today and I will be paying cash.....that means they are buying today and paying cash. Looks like the better Chevy dealership got the upper hand. Thank you.

Brian, was an outstanding sales rep. We asked him to bring a vehicle over from Marshal MO and he did it no questions asked. We didn t end up buy that vehicle but another one that was on the lot! Great team at McCarthy!

Terrible service, understaffed and ridiculous terms they use to try and sell vehicles. My husband has a credit score of 670 (not the best or worst) we went and looked at a 2016 chevy impala and was going to use our truck as a trade in, not only did they low ball us on our trucks trade in value they also wanted $11,000 down... that's obsured! It's like they didn't want our business. We ended up at a different lot and bought a car, zero down and no trade in...

Marshall made my car buying experience the best one I ve had in the 3 cars I ve owned! He was polite, knowledgeable and didn t use high pressure sales! I knew the second he greeted me that he was the right guy to give my business to! I will refer everyone looking for a vehicle to him and I know they will be treated like they are his #1 priority because that s exactly how he made me feel, not only during the sales process but after when he followed up to make sure I was as happy as the day I signed the papers! 5 stars all the way!!

I was looking on their website. I found a car I liked. So, I went in and showed all the information for that car to Jamie, the senior internet sales manager. He pulled the car up and I took it for a test drive. After all the numbers and the payment, I decided to buy the car. The whole process took 3 1/2 hours, signing and everything. Overall, I was very happy and pleased with McCarthy and their employees.

As always Heath goes up and above to make sure I get taken care. There is never any problems with him. I used to hate to go buy a vehicle at dealerships because it seemed like I was there the whole day. With Heath I usually spend maybe 2 hours or less and I am out the door with a new vehicle.

Brian White did an excellent job and was very thorough! Brian is a very cordial salesman! I enjoyed working with him!!

Heath McRoy hooked it up with back to back sales! Honestly, McCarthy Chevrolet is the only dealership I ve ever enjoyed purchasing anything from. The entire staff is very polite and they make every effort to ensure you re treated like a priority. After purchasing TWO full size trucks only 6 months apart (as a business owner) I m still totally satisfied. Their huge selection is significant enough to satisfy anyone in the market for a new (or used) ride. I m glad we found a dealership we can trust! Really bad service all around. First of all, when shopping for a new car and finding one I wanted to test drive, the car wouldn't even start! So I test drove a different one while they figured out what was wrong with the car I really wanted to buy. Took them 6 hours to figure out that it needed a new battery! Then after signing paperwork and about to take it home, the electrical stuff in it doesn't work! We refused to take it home until everything worked! So they gave me a rental car to take home in the mean time. Took them another 2 days just to figure out wires were loose! And now when I go to get an oil change it takes 4 hours! Just for an oil change! Will never buy there again or use the service department.

I'm from out of town .I contacted them a day before going up there to buy a vehicle I wanted to fillout a credit application and have everything already done before I got there the next day .I did all this over the phone and emails. I was assured by the people I was contacting that everything was ready to go. That they would have the truck ready for me the next morning.the next morning I drove an hour and a half to get there. That morning when I got there they didn't even know what truck I was there to view made me refill the credit application and after doing all that the truck wasn't even ever at the dealership it was another two hrs away and not only that but last minute they figure out it had already been sold. The manager did nothing to make it right and didn't even apologize to us in person just stayed in this booth and made one of the sales guys do it for him. Worst experience ever zero stars

I have been using McCarthy Chevrolet's Service Department for the past 7 years, solely because of Shawn Dearing and the rest of the service advisors who do a fantastic job every time I come in! Shawn is professional, personable and cares about going above and beyond the expectations of providing exceptional customer service.......that in itself is hard to find nowadays. Not only have I taken all of my GM vehicles to Shawn over these past 7 years, he has even convinced me to bring my Ford F150 for them to service. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to go by McCarthy's Service Department to see what they can do for you!

My experience with the Service department was excellent. My service technician informed me of the repairs that were needed, and upon my approval the mechanics made the proper repairs. They were thorough and professional in their work, and fixed my car fairly quickly....much appreciated.

I had just purchased a 2019 Chevy Malibu from McCarthy Chevrolet my salesman was Robert Lang and my finance guy was Kevin Robinson they both did an awesome job of getting this deal done when nobody else would even touch me. They were not rude and they were not pushy this dealership didn t even feel like a dealership when you walk in you didn t have five or six different salesman trying to rush out the door to get to you. Everyone there was nice and friendly and wasn t even rude I will be definitely purchasing another car from these guys in the future.

We recently bought a Silverado truck. As part of the We Owe, they were to order new seat warmers. A month passed and I'd heard nothing. When I called, I found out they forgot to place the order. Then, on a subsequent call, found they ordered the wrong ones. We are now sitting over three months out and the repairs have still not been done. I wouldn't think it would be MY role to have to chase this down, remind and correct... is it? Ron did a great job selling us the truck, but the after the sale follow up by the shop has left a lot of be desired....

I would definitely recommend McCarthy service department. When I bought my Camaro in January it had a few things that needed tended too. There is a Chevy dealership closer to home but I wasn t comfortable with them so I decided to make an appointment with McCarthy and see how it went. I have nothing but good things to say about them!! Chris is the one who I have primarily dealt with and I think he is amazing. He gets things done, keeps me informed and most importantly listens to this female when she tells him what she is noticing! I will definitely be recommending them and continuing to take my car there when she needs anything done.

My son got his first car, basically walking in 20 minutes before close. Good price and good experience. Pretty hassle free negotiation. We came back the next day to pick it up after they detailed it and it looked like a new car.
It looked like the owner or the owners son was walking to his own truck to leave, but stopped and asked if we wanted him to take a picture of us with my sixteen-year-olds first car. That is the kind of picture that could be around for years. Thanks for a pain free experience. And I m sure a memorable one for my son!
