I went in to have service on my car; when I went in they told me about a recall on the coolant and went ahead and fixed that as well. I was in and out in no time at all. They are very friendly and show great customer service. We go there for all of the service on our cars. Great people.

Ruben and his assistant were easy to work with, and very nice. Dealership is Fair from a financial perspective-we worked a deal that made both parties happy. Quick process, compared to many dealerships. I d buy from them again...that says it all!

It is all about the people and Larry my service advisor makes all the difference. He is conscientious and does a great job of keeping me informed of my choices. This will be a huge factor when I purchase another automobile.

I love McCarthy Hyundai of Olathe. This is my third Hyundai. Anytime I'm here whether for service, body shop, or getting a new vehicle, everyone is amazing. They are extremely helpful and do whatever they can to make you happy! This dealership has true customer service and really cares about every customer. I'll never buy elsewhere again.

My experience was very good. The salesman, Heath McRoy was very helpful. He at first left us look at vehicles and when we were ready, he listened to what we wanted and didn't try to push other vehicles. He was right on in searching for the vehicle we were looking for. It was seamless, moved pretty quickly and we were very happy with the transaction and process!
Everyone that we spoke to was up front and realistic (which is hard to find at a dealership) and told us everything we wanted to know and so much more!

Contacted them inquiring about a vehicle they had listed. I m from out of state so and asked what the final price of the vehicle was going to be and was given a reasonable price. So I drive there to be surprised for sure. Firstly they advertised it as CPO vehicle on their website. CARFAX also said it s CPO. The inspection sheet they handed us is saying it has passed its CPO inspection. But the kicker, it s certifiable not certified pre owned . They want an extra $600 just to file some paperwork to make it CPO even though they advertise it on their website as CPO.

Secondly add in another $1000 because they added floor mats and aftermarket lug nuts. We told them take them off, they said they can t because they added them to the vehicle to raise the price of it, but in a hidden fee, not as part of the vehicle price. And when confronted about it the sales manager claims that s how we do it in Kansas City . I guess maybe he s right, I ve never bought a car from Kansas City so maybe screwing over potential customers is just the way they do things down there.

Oh also don t forget the $600 administration fees that are required by law and nonnegotiable . I ve bought many vehicles from different states and have never dealt with such deceit and price gouging. When I m traveling hundreds of miles to purchase a vehicle I expect that the vehicle is firstly what is being advertised (which it was not) and secondly that the out-the-door price is what I m going to pay, not an extra $2200 because of paperwork and some floor mats and lug nuts.

Long story short is I came from out of state to purchase a vehicle that they advertised and told me a price over the phone on. And the vehicle was neither as advertised or the quoted price once I arrived. If you re not local don t waste your time. Even if you are local go shop elsewhere.

I had a great experience with McCarthy Nissan. Dakota was my salesman and he was extremely professional and explained everything in detail.

My salesman Bryan White was great to work with, however I have to edit my original review as the dealership has created a headache to get my car registered. Despite telling the dealership I was moving to MO, and would need to register the vehicle there, the paperwork was completed for KS and was told I would get a credit for sales tax paid with my receipt. Sales and Finance Managers unwilling to complete MO Title Application that I even filled out for them and instead insisted I drive back to KS, register the vehicle there, and then transfer to MO.

Kade C. Is a great salesman. Great personality! So fun, easy going, not pushy, and ever so helpful!!! Highly recommend you go ask for Kade if you need to buy a car!!!

I went to McCarthy after looking over many car listings and dealership reviews, as I hadn't bought a car in 14 years and was a bit anxious. I was fortunate enough to work with Robbie Foster, he was extremely understanding in helping me find the right vehicle to fit my needs and budget. He also was willing to allow me some time to think over my purchase and I ended up getting a better vehicle for my needs than what I originally was looking at. With Robbie and the finance team's (Tyler and Jacob) help, I was able to get a newer vehicle with lower mileage than I originally thought I could afford, and a great warranty as well. I would absolutely recommend McCarthy and make sure to ask for Robbie!

We just bought the 14th vehicle we have purchased from a McCarthy dealership for both personal use and our business. A special thanks to Jamie Harrigan Sr. for his patience and knowledge in guiding us through the different versions of the Suburban to find the one that fit our needs. We still have the first Suburban we bought from McCarthy in 1998. I keep going back to the same dealership because of their great service team. It's great to have a long-time relationship with a dealership that really cares about its customers.

Referred by a friend. Right away they contacted me and we started the process. Jake Witt set us up with Ethan Thomas and it was a painless process. I dont like doing reviews because as a business owner, so many are fake. For this particular purchase it went so smooth that I have no problem giving these guys credit. We got a vehicle we are happy with. I prefer straight forward business and honesty and both were very honest. Ethan knew his vehicle and was laud back and easy to work with. I was going to buy in KC but the best deal and easiest going people were right here. Bought a used car there and had problems with a door handle. They said they would fix before I bought it. I asked if this happens again to the others is it covered? They said with extended warranty it is. So I bought warranty. 2 weeks later another handle broke they fixed it. Now a year into my 3 yr warranty they are trying to charge me $210 for a 3rd handle. They said not covered by warranty! So how did they do the other 2..That was one reason I bought warranty! Not happy with their run around.

It started out with nice freindly service then went down hill from there. Saw car listed online for 27kish called on it they said its here and available for that so I drove 2 hrs to look and deal. Showed up drove it sat down told me price was 32k. And still havent figured out how the deemed rough payment at 950 a month. Didnt buy and wont go back. DONT CHANGE THE PRICE AND RUN A CALCULATOR.

Great experience through the sale and paperwork processing pieces, but after that was over the experience fell pretty flat.

I basically felt like they wanted to rush me out of the dealership once the papers were signed. I asked about a front license plate bracket, they couldn t be bothered to help source one, didn t show me how to use any of the features of the new vehicle, pretty much just handed me the keys and sent me off with a new vehicle with 1/4 tank of gas.

I reached out to management after the fact just to voice my displeasure with these details and never heard back, so I assume this is just normal SOP.

None of these things on their own would ve bothered me greatly, all of them combined just made me realize I ve been treated better at other local dealerships in the past.

We recently purchased a new car with a trade in. Bottom line is we managed to reach an agreement...love the new car and happy with trade in value.
A couple of negatives----our salesman didn't tell us it was a demo or loaner with 2200 miles. We would have tried to negotiate a little lesser price. I didn't feel like he was really trying to make a sale earlier. He had the paper work on supposedly the only 2019 Cruze....he noted it was white - to which replied we weren't really keen on white; so he said well, no reason to go over it then. I told him maybe he could make it attractive if he tried.
Then the finance fellow tried to convince me that I had to buy some type of extended warranty which GM insisted on. We finally said no deal then...and they wrote up our contract as we requested.
I also am going to call and inquire exactly what was covered under administrative fees.
I do feel like they will assist us with any needs in the future.

Always receive excellent and caring service. They go above and beyond to make sure we do what is right and to get me the best service possible. Thanks McCarthy!

If I could give zero stars I would. I am a pretty knowledgeable vehicle shopper and know the value of my car that I am trading in. They came back offering me $3500 less than the trade in value of my car. I guess they try to do this to everyone which is really sad that a dealership would do this. They try to take advantage of people that don't know how much their car is worth and hasn't done their homework. I hope everyone reads this review and know what your vehicle is worth because they will try to low ball EVERYONE!!

We purchased a new 2019 Silverado 1500 from Jamie Harrigan at McCarthy Chevrolet. He was very easy to talk with and listened to our desires. We quickly agreed upon the price and trade in value. Jamie processed the paperwork and coordinated the entire transaction with respect and a professional approach. Our time spent was the minimum needed to complete all the requirements. We were finished in less than 2 hours from walking in the front door of the dealership.

Staff was spectacular. Kade Cossey was our sales rep. Talked a few times via text before going down to check the vehicle out that we ended up going into. The process was quicker than past experiences at other dealers. They'll be up front and honest about what you're going to get into. I'd been working hard all year to fix my credit so I could get something newer and likely more reliable than my 20 year old truck. We were placed in a used vehicle, which is what we were shopping for, only 5 years old, less than 100k miles, and at a pretty decent rate for my credit score at purchase. Too bad I didn't wait a few more days, my scores went up almost 100 more points (Oh well, there will be a next time).

Once arrived and out the door, we were probably there 3-4 hours. The downpour that came didn't help things, but that's weather for ya. All in all we're 3 days out from purchase and happy with our 2015 Lincoln MKC.

Kade Cossey was a great young man to work with, as was the other staff we interacted with.
