Bought a Mazda 6 here a couple of weeks ago and i really enjoyed my experience there! If you're looking for great service, I highly recommend asking for Marco. He was really helpful through out the process and with our questions!

So updating my original review after today's "service".
Brought my car in today to get serviced and get the Android play update on the car. My appointment was at 9 and I arrived around 8:50ish.
As soon as I walk in I get ignored. I see 3 employees and no one acknowledges me or bothers to even nod that I walked in. No big deal. I see one employee is helping a customer so I decide to wait my turn.

Then a different employee starts talking to a different customer that was also ahead of me and I don't think much of it, since they were there first, that is until I hear them ask if he had an appointment. The customer tells them no, he just wanted to get his car checked out and the employee tells him that it's ok they get his keys and get him going.

I'm sorry? Why did I have to make an appointment then? No one informed me I could just show up and get this done as soon a I got of work at 7am, and didn't have to stay up for my appointment that was scheduled at 9am.

After they take that customers car, I'm finally approached and asked if I had an appointment. I tell them my name, they find it, I sign some papers, and then I'm told it'll be an "hour and a half wait". Ok, that's fine. I've been up for 13 hour already. I'll head home at 10:30ish and get some sleep. BOY, WAS I WRONG!

10:30 comes. Ok, maybe it's almost done. 10:45, nothing.
11am comes around and no one has bothered to tell me anything. This whole time I see people come and go. People that got here AFTER me and they left before I did.

I decided to get up and ask myself. That's when I'm FINALLY updated that it might take longer. THANK YOU! That's all I needed. COMMUNICATION. Just keep me updated and I'll sit down and wait.

The reason I'm being really harsh is because these are the people I'm going to be dealing with from now on. I bought the car so the sales part i done. Now, for all my future endeavors, I'm going to be dealing with the service department and if they can't even bother communicating that it'll be longer then why bother with the "FrEe OiL ChAnGe" when I can do it myself. So, I'm not going to bother any more with this establishment and honestly, neither should you. I would recommend going only if you really need to for recall or update purposes, since all these cars are getting more and more advanced, but other than that, just take care of the car yourself.

What a simply perfect day to head to the dealership for a little tune up! The weather was perfect, and the staff was excellent. As soon as i arrived I was quickly greeted and guided thorough the process by Ian and Dan. The recall was completed faster then expected! Although i think the coffee could be hotter, the service was definitely on fire!

I had been looking for a used mazda3 that I liked for about a year now. I finally found the one I liked online. After reaching out to them the online salesman Alex Saldivar got with me immediatly. He made it so easy with my difficult work schedule to set up a time for a test drive and answered all of my questions. When it was time to do all the paperwork he made it quick and painless. By far the fastest car buying experience I've ever had. I have purchased from Mazda of clear lake before and will definitely do so again in the future. It was a pleasure working with Alex to get me into the car I had been searching for for so long.

Easily the best car buying experience of my 64 year old life. My salesman, Chris Danzell was absolutely wonderful. The nicest and most knowledgeable salesman I have had in my life.
I drove over from the Beaumont area to buy the CX-9. I wound up getting a loaded CX-9 for the price of a base model quoted in my area. I was at the dealer for an hour at the most. Chris had all the paperwork info ready and we were in and out in a flash.
The car was detailed and fueled up. The CX-9 drives like a dream. It is far better than I dared hope for.
Needless to say, I can not recommend Mazda of Clear Lake and Chris high enough!

Most of the time when we buy a new car (every 3-5- years) we leave the dealership wondering what the heck just happened, especially after meeting with the multiple managers and finance guys...it's exhausting and bewildering. BUT--not so here! No pressure, no nonsense, just friendly, professional people. We loved working with our salesmen Esteban. We love our new Grand Touring Mazda 3--fun, sporty, (AND it fits in the garage!!!!), great service!

I had been in the market for purchasing a car for about a month. I previously went to Demontrond of Texas City where I felt like they had no respect for my decision or budget. I was referred to Kizito by a friend. He was amazing. I gave him my budget and "wish list " of what I wanted for a vehicle. He never came to me with any ridiculous offers or deals. He respected my budget and me as a person. I highly recommend Kizito at Mazda of Clear Lake. He was very patient and kind.

I love this dealership! We recently purchased a CX9 and we love it. The manager took the time to make sure we got a good deal and our sales person was awesome! Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had! We'll be purchasing another car from this dealership soon! Oh, and free oil changes!

My salesman, KR was very efficient and easy to work with. Apparently there were only 3 Mazda3 s in the state of Tx matching my specifications and he found one and had it driven down from 100 miles away all in the same day!
He communicated with me along the way (via text mainly since that was my preferred method). When I arrived to the dealership he greeted us at the door, offered water and made us feel very comfortable. He had the car outside already detailed and ready to go!

The gas tank was on empty but service ppl gone so he reimbursed me via PayPal for my tank of gas. He was patient with me during the whole process (I m a very IMPATIENT person!), and he just seems like a very kind, no BS person. He is a great salesman and out of all the salesman that I was communicating from different dealerships, he was the one that got the job done and it was really a smooth process. I m very pleased with my experience! And I love my new car!

The sales manager and my husband got in a little quarrel when they told us they would give us half of what we were looking to get for our trade in. But they smoothed it out after the sales manager Alex & the used car salesman explained how the used car business worked. We did not take the offer, we plan to sell to CarMax instead.

The car was driven down 100 miles away, there was a small dent on the drivers door that the sales manager later told me they were aware of but no one said anything until it was brought to their attention after my husband noticed it. So I have to come back at a later time to have it repaired so that s a bummer. I used that error to my advantage and got a HomeLink mirror out of it! They said they will give me a loaner, fill up my gas tank and even deliver the car back to me (since the dealership is 30 miles from my house) when I go back for the repair so it will all work out.

As mentioned previously, the gas tank was on empty when I got in the car so I had to get gas at 8:30 pm while it was raining. Luckily, KR reimbursed me via PayPal the same night.
The next day my husband checked the tire pressures which were supposed to be 36 psi all the way around but they were all 32, so we will have to fill up the tires as well so that s a little disappointing.

Aside from the dent, the empty gas tank, and low tires the buying experience was overall very good. The dealership is small and quiet which is good for me because I have a bit of social anxiety! I think I may have been the only customer there or at least it felt like it which I enjoyed! Thanks again guys!

My car was sent to Clearlake due to an electrical problem, giving me all kind of errors & failure messages. I took it in in June, August, and again in September 2018. It took several weeks before they figure out that there was a faulty computer. Great work by Brian Chute & his team!!! Brian Chute went above & beyond in his effort to solve an electrical problem. And he also work tirelessly with the insurance company to cover the repair. Thank you Brian!!!

I am enjoying my new blue SUV 5 I am now leasing. Otto was my guide and was very pleasant to work with, no pushy hard sell like most of us anticipate. The only thing I found confusing was not Otto's fault. It was that every Mazda 5 I looked at came with a different combination of features..."this one has this but not that or that but not the other." It was quite impossible to keep up with. I love my car, rides great on the highway as well as in heavy traffic. It already needs a good vacuuming out!

Give him four out of five stars. Only thing keeping me from giving it five stars was having to be there for five hours which I thought was a little excessive. With that said, everyone I dealt with was good to deal with and would definitely recommend Kenny Froisy to anyone looking for a vehicle! Overall, I would definitely go back! Kenny was great to deal with, talk to you, and tried his best to make the experience pleasant and meaningful. He was kind enough to get the red bow to put on the car for my daughter to try to make it extra special. That s the guy you want to see!

2nd Bad Experience with this Mazda Dealership! Once when it was Mazda of Clear Lake and again this week under the DeMontrond Mazda Label. This is my 4th New Mazda purchase in 3 years, (Big Family and we love Mazda's) so after 2 attempts to give my business to this local dealer we'll never be back! I agree with another persons recent review of this dealership, they don't want to sell cars here! I was surprised because the car we were trading was purchased from DeMontrond Hyundai so we were sort of expecting the same positive experience we had with the awesome DeMontrond Hyundai sales manager we had back in 2018. Below was my review of Greenway Mazda as well as the experience I had at DeMontrond Mazda of Clear Lake. We decided to go back to Greenway Mazda and buy this 2nd new vehicle "CASH" yesterday after DeMontrond's Sales Director told my daughter "if we could buy it elsewhere for the price we offered go buy it." This was the same arrogant disrespectful behavior we experienced when this place wasn't owned by DeMontrond. Must be the same sales staff, although I will say the salesman Marco was a nice guy and he was respectful, it's too bad that Mr. Khalil felt as though our repeat business attempt with DeMontrond wasn't worth his time, and worse his salesman apparently didn't deserve a commission. I'm sorry Marco, you did try hard but poor leadership leads to a poor work environment!

This is the second time I have purchased a new Vehicle at Greenway Mazda and both times were the best deal and the best experience by far! We started at our local Mazda Dealer in Webster, after several painful rounds with their management staff, we were told that's our final price and you won't beat it. People pay close attention, we were within about $180.00 from what we wanted to pay and what the sales Director's ego wanted us to pay. This was the second Mazda in 3 years that I attempted to buy from my local dealer (Clear Lake) and the last time they lost the sale over $200. All I can say is Greenway Mazda said there's no way we would let a deal walk out our door over a couple hundred bucks. Especially during the COVID-19 Outbreak when car sales are low due to job loss. These guys at Greenway Mazda are awesome. They didn't just meet their competitors price to get the sale, they BLEW IT AWAY! We got door edge guards and window tint and the extra blackout features we wanted included in "OUR" price. Our salesman Curtis was such a nice man to work with, I highly recommend him and I can't thank the Management enough, (Mr. Gonzalez and Mr. Dean) for making this such an easy, relaxing process. Also for rewarding our loyalty, where the other dealers just advertise they are big on loyal customers repeat business, Greenway Mazda put their $ where loyalty counted!

I couldn't be happier with the experiences I've had at Clear Lake Mazda. I've now purchased or leased 3 vehicles with the salesman Kizito Gyedu-Adomako. Unlike most salesmen he doesn't waste your time, listens to and addresses concerns, and makes sure everything is still going smoothly after the sale.

I had a problem with my battery and it was estimated to take 2 - 3 hours or more to solve the problem. Clear Lake Mazda's service department gave me another CX-5 to use will mine was being repaired. I got a call from them about 45 minutes later letting me know that my car was ready to go, and that I could exchange autos anytime before 5PM or the next day, which ever was easier for me. GREAT SERVICE!!!

He is extremely knowledgeable about Mazda, and how car sales in general work, and he is committed to creating a great experience for his customers. Highly recommend doing business with Mazda of CL and I love my new car.

I recently bought myself a brand new 2018 Mazda 6, and I m not disappointed! Esteban helped me with getting a great competitive price, and found the model and color I wanted. He was also a great help in getting me set with new accessories to help me protect my new car from scratches and sun damage. I had an easy and great experience with Mazda s staff. When I needed help post sale the staff doesn't help at all and was completely unresponsive but oh no if they need something from you, their email and phones suddenly start working. Left then Email, voicemail or etc? Nope not getting response. Take your business elsewhere!

Great customer service! I bought a used Mazda CX-3 from this location back in December and I am so happy that I bought from this dealership. I walked onto the lot and drove away with a car 2 hours later. Kenny helped us through the whole process and was understanding of every requirement we needed. He was not your typical car salesman type. He made me feel heard and genuinely wanted to give me the best options on the car. Even after I bought it he was kind enough to make me a spare key that the previous owner did not return when they traded the vehicle in. If you want a new or used car with little to no hassle come here and if you want a great and relaxed salesman that will be there for you even after you drive off the lot, ask for Kenny.

When you buy a car from this place you get free oil changes for the life of the vehicle. Great experience, will definitely look into buying from there again.

I bought a Car from Mazda of Clear Lake, from David Garcia, and God almighty knows it is the absolute worst mistake of my entire life.
They are owing me some work on the Car, and it is over 4 months .
I have received information they would call me for appointment but never followed up.
I am normally a patient person, but this issue is stressing me out because I use my Vehicle for Work.
I cannot sell my older Car to bidders who are ready to pay Cash because Mazda of Clear Lake has not done the Work needed on the New Car.
I bought extended Warranty and have tried to cancel it, but Finance Manager gave me the wrong contact, and for 4 months, I have been paying for extended Warranty on a brand New Car, despite me wanting to cancel it within the first two weeks.
Mazda of Clear Lake continues to virtually hold me hostage for almost 5 Months now, IGNORING MY MESSAGES, EVEN THE GENERAL MANAGER IS AS WORTHLESS AS HIS EMPLOYEES, IF NOT MORE WORTHLESS.
I have made several attempts to get some answers, and even left 2 messages for the General Manager, Dewayne or something like that, but he chose to ignore me.
I have ran out of Patience and I am afraid something is going to give very soon if that's my only option to get their attention.
Nobody should be treated this way under any circumstances.
IF FIREWORKS ERUPT AT THIS DEALERSHIP SOMEDAY, NOBODY SHOULD BE SURPRISED.
LAZY, INCOMPETENT, DISHONEST, RUDE, SHAMELESS, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISGUSTINGLY CRIMINAL, SELF SERVING MORONS.

Mirza was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. There was no pressure and he took the time to make sure we understood everything about the car. This was a relatively stress-free purchase.

Used the Fiat facilities, and not impressed. Not very helpful, waste a lot of time dealing with them, and service department doesn't appear very knowledgeable. They wouldn't inspect my mother-in-laws Fiat because the "Service Engine Soon" light was on. They couldn't tell us what the error code was, they said we would have to make an appointment and leave the vehicle for a couple of days so the Technician could check the code. I took the vehicle to O'Reilly auto parts and they told me the code indicated a sensor on the vehicles A/C was malfunctioning. An appointment was made with Mazda of Clearlake and we left the vehicle for a couple of days. The technician advised us two days later that nothing was wrong with the vehicle, so they reset the error mesg. and completed the inspection. I told them I found the error mesg. Code indicated a sensor on the A/C was malfunctioning, and they said everything was checked and there was nothing wrong. 1 week after getting the car back the A/C went completely out. It took us a week for an appointment with the Technician, and they kept the vehicle for a week. It was under warranty, so the repair didn't cost anything however, this is how they handled the rental car during the repair process. We dropped the vehicle off to be repaired and they provided a rental car. We had to pay for the rental car until the Technician looks at our vehicle and tells us what the problem is. It took two days for him to do this. Once the Technician tells you what is wrong and they begin the work, the dealership takes over paying for the rental car; however they don't pay for weekends. It took a full week for the repair to be completed, so we paid for 2 days prior to the work getting started, then for saturday and Sunday. We ended up paying 4 days of car rental while the dealership only paid for 3. This under the Fiat warranty. Because of our experience with Mazda Clearlake Fiat, we are considering getting rid of our Fiat, and regardless we will never purchase another Fiat.
