Kenny Froiley and Dustin Simmon are the absolute best car salesman that I have ever dealt with. Kenny worked very hard to meet my needs and find the car I desired! His personality and desire to help really made a usually stressful car buying experience really fun. I left the dealership feeling that not only had I purchased a car I really wanted, but had made a friend at the same time! I bought my previous car here 2 yrs ago, and everything was smooth sailing. Diane and Mikal in the service department were always on top of what was going on and did whatever they could to keep me in the loop (warranty process) and comfortable (didn t like the loaner so she switched it for me). When we were hit in that car and we all walked away from the crash sore but safe, I knew I was going back this place.

When I was ready to replace that car, Alex made the entire process incredibly easy. Within an hour, we had narrowed down want I wanted to only a couple choices. The car I got is amazing and Alex really took care of us every step of the way. Customer for life!!

EDIT: I am quickly losing faith in this dealerships service and abilities. I legitimately found a mistake made on my financing. The amount of time it took to get it corrected or for anyone to reach out to apologize was disappointing.

VERY disappointed in the sales @this place. My husband & I drove from Baton Rouge to look at a vehicle & trade mine in. My vehicle was appraised as we were test driving the one my eye was on. We came back & a gentleman who we didn't know basically said we're too upside down to purchase the suv. They didn't offer to go over financials, didn't run our (excellent) credit, nothing. Basically told us we can't get it.
We drove for nothing, spent Christmas Eve without our baby because we were led to believe differently over the phone.
I'm disgusted.

I purchased a 2011 Dodge Durango from Mazda of Clearlake and had the best buying experience thanks to Otto! I went in not sure of what I was looking for and was expecting to leave with a mini van! I told Otto my price range and he took me too a beautiful Dodge Durango that wasn't even on the Lot yet! I took it for a test drive and fell in love and ended up purchasing it! Otto was kind and didn't pressure me into spending more than I wanted and was calm, funny and honest! He made this the best car buying experience I've had thus far! I have been dealing with Alex Saldivar of Clear Lake Mazda for the last few years buying/leasing one Mazda6 and two Mazda3's. He has done a great job, always finding vehicles to meet my needs and price range. I always walk away feeling that I got a good deal. He follows up on everything and stays in touch to make sure I'm satisfied with my vehicle. He is very knowledgeable about his products and never releases a vehicle until we're both satisfied with its performance. What a smooth transition. Mazda of Clear Lake is a breath of fresh air. We had the best buying experience ever. If you're interested in buying preowned, I highly recommend that you ask for Alex Saldivar. He was by far the best car salesman I have ever worked with. We went to eight dealerships in four days and some salesman were good, others were terrible but Alex is by far the cream of the crop. Alex was attentive, patient, knowledgeable, fair, not pushy at all, and a rare find in this industry.

We bought a car almost a year ago and our experience was great. Josue Montoya was our salesman. Very thorough, patient and courteous. We highly recommend on that experience alone.

Fast forward to this week and we hit a large object in the road on our way to Dallas. We couldn t remember what coverage we had for Roadside assistance etc and called Josue at 8:30 pm on his cell. Not only did he answer but helped us through the whole process with the help of his managers. In short, the service has just been over the top great. highly, highly recommend this dealership and Josue.

My last oil change experience was great. Josue is very informative. Chris and Austin were very helpful and courteous however stay away from Ahmed Khalil. He is a big liar. Stay away from him and under no circumstances don't believe anything he says. I never got anything what he promised in conversation. The liar will try to up sale any vehicle. I was in the market for a brand new car and stopped by the Mazda dealership to see what they had available. I was met at the door by Allan who helped me through the entire process of comparing different vehicles and test driving them. He was extremely professional, honest, and all around helpful in my journey of buying a new car. His manager was also very helpful and answered any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend checking out Mazda if you re looking for a vehicle and definitely ask for Allen.

HIDDEN FEES ALERT. When buying a preowned car, please add up all the numbers and it will NOT add up to the total. I added the car costs, taxes and title fees and it was $750 less then the total. In other words, they were charging me $750 extra for no reason. I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN IF I DIDN'T ADD UP ALL THE COSTS. When asked, they said the car comes with a $500 paint insurance (if your car paints start fading away, they will paint) 3yr/36000 miles. They also mentioned they have been trying to label this $500 on the paperowrk but have been having a hard time. LOL. So they are forcing you to buy a $500 option which you likely will never use. Also, there state tax IS NOT 6.25%, they charge 6.75%. When asked, they mentioned it includes "inventory tax". When I did the math, my inventory tax was $83. I was only charged under $35 for the last 3 cars I have bought in my life (but maybe it depends on how long the car was there for?) Regardless, REAL SHADY BUSINESS. BE AWARE.

These good reviews that I see are really suspect. I get a lifetime oil change plus I have an extended warranty but I'm rethinking it's benefits because every time and I mean every time I bring my car in for either for a free oil change or repair fully covered on my extended warranty for the last 3-4 years, something goes wrong with my car when I get it back. The 1st time I had brought it in for a unrelated repair with a full tank of gas and I get it back and it's a 1/4 tank, it came back dented on my door because the repair guy hit it and continuously rubbed it against this long bar like a thoughtless idiot ( they fixed it only after I caught it), my window was working before I got my oil change and stopped working afterwards ( funny that theybrought it to my attention), my A/C was working before my car was in for a unrelated repair covered by extended warranty and when I picked it up the A/C stopped working with no warning and the control dials was mysteriously totally different from where I always keep it. It's like when I go in for a free oil change or a repair covered by warranty then something happens after I get it home. The sales guys ask when am I getting a new car and to let him know. It's like you have to have a undercover camera to detect my suspicion so it's my word against theirs so just beware of these guys. It's all about the Benjamins over here. Keep your eyes open and pay attention to your car.

Service is always great here. However, this last time I came in for an oil change, they said one of my tires had a nail in it and needed to be replaced. They quoted a price but I prefer to go to Discount Tire because their prices are much lower. I took my car to Discount Tire and I did NOT need a new tire, they said the nail wasn't even puncturing the tire. I paid nothing and was on my way. Had I not decided to go somewhere else to a better rate, I would have ended up spending $260 on a new tire I never needed. Very frustrating that the technician didn't do a more detailed inspection on my tire.

Went here to check out 2 used Mazda CX-5s. We were passed around by the sales people before finally being told they weren't willing to show the vehicles because they hadn't completed service... I've worked at several dealerships and that would never be an excuse to not show a vehicle to a customer. We drove an hour and a half from Conroe, with 2 small children, to check out the vehicles. They were already posted on their website as available. To me, this was an unacceptable excuse for the sales people to be lazy. I recently dropped my car off for scheduled RECALL service at Mazda of Clear Lake. I get a call 2 hours later from the Service Department Manager saying my car was involved in a major accident. Turns out the employee driving my car stopped in a main lane of traffic and was struck from behind resulting in both cars being totaled. Now I have no car and no offer from the dealer to help. I dropped off a perfectly good car with 0 car payments and now I have nothing. They also had the audacity to try to SELL me a new car the day after the accident. Terrible GM to deal with, I would get another Mazda but NEVER from Mazda of Clear Lake. Worst Customer Service in town.

The Montoya brothers provided me with excellent service, purchasing my car. The first day I came by, Eric gave me the layout, the tour, and test drive of the car. When I came back to purchase, I met his brother Josue, who really sealed the deal, with alllllllllll the details he was able to provide me about the car. Both brothers proved to be very knowledge. I ended up keeping Josue, the financer, and the manager, past hours, and they were so polite and nice about it (even with a fussy baby, who the manager held while I was doing paperwork). I would definitely purchase a car from not only this location, but the Montoya brothers again. Most definitely will recommend all my teacher friends as well! The gratitude I got when they found out I was a teacher was very nice.

Pop your hood and take a picture of the engine bay before and after a service; do not leave the service center until those pictures match. On my wife's initial 5K oil change on her 2016.5 CX-5, the engine air filter was dropped into the bottom of the engine bay while the air filter box was clipped back into place. When my wife complained that the car did not sound right the following day, their service rep told her over the phone they would charge her $100 just to look, and that another dealership would charge her more. I can't say for sure whether this was an attempt to drum up some business, but it did feel like they were getting a bit greedy since I ended up purchasing a CX-3 during the oil change. I came in the next day -using a vacation day from work- the service manager had his techs in front of the dealership in a meeting. He apologized profusely and stated that from now on, a dedicated Quality Control technician would be checking before and after the service. They remedied the problem at no charge, I just had to complain about it myself using a vacation day to do so. He seemed sincere and he'll have 3 years to prove it on two different Mazdas. Until then, I can't recommend this dealership for service until I see that it wasn't just lip service. These may be the last two vehicles I purchase from them too; Finance guys were pretty helpful though. In the picture, that filter below the SKYACTIV emblem does not belong there. It belongs in a slotted box with two retention clips that you can pop open with your fingers as seen in the second picture.

They finally call me on 11-3 and told me the car was fixed... I picked the car up on that date... I took the car back to them and told em that it couldn't hold oil.. They told me that it was my responsibility now and that they will no longer accept me as a customer!!! Please don't accept they're invitation to be a customer!!! You will experience the same thing that I went through!!!

I said go pick one that is better than the one I have and a different color and A couple hours later I was in a brand new mazda and traded the other mazda in. he chose perfectly for me- there were far too many choices for me. LOL. Hassle Free and they SERVE their customers. Service department runs on time and is excellent. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

I came to test drive as stated in my email to Chris Danzell. Prior to the test drive he was knowledgeable and accommodating but after when we informed him we were there to just test drive and get an idea of the new model his attitude immediately changed. After pushing on the numbers to sell the car asking for my business I provided a counter offer that the sales manager and Chris got their panties in a bunch and telling me this and that when simply they could have said "I'm sorry but we can't offer the vehicle at that price". Then to further embarrass themselves Chris Danzell sent me a follow up email stating how I wasted their time with my offer lol.

I had a miscommunication with the associate who answered my call. The service manager contacted me personally and compensated for the misunderstanding. This issue occurred right after Harvey hit hard so I can see how things may have gotten misconstrued. I have never had a service issue with them before. Everyone is courteous and professional even when I lose my cool.

On March 3 I purchased a vehicle from your dealership on Clear Lake Mazda. To this day I have had my vehicle only 3 weeks since I purchased it. I am very disappointed with the way I have been treated. This was supposedly a certified car, yet it had all these problems which a certified car I might add should not have! I am a single mother of two children and worked hard to save up my money. I m paying for a car I do not have. I do not deserve a vehicle such as the one I have received. It took much time and effort to find the right dealer and I thought I had, but after this horrible experience I still am dealing with has me very upset to put it lightly. I no longer trust this car that has been sold to me. I strongly suggest you do not come to this dealer ship.

Chris Danzell from Internet Sales provided outstanding service. I came into the dealership to look at a used 2012 Mazda3 with 10k miles. The price was fair, and the car looked and performed like new. Never did I feel pressured to purchase, and Chris answered all my questions in a friendly way. I signed paperwork the day I test drove, and then made arrangements for external financing. My credit union ended up taking longer than expected, but Chris held the car for me for over a week. When the check finally arrived, he drove 45 minutes to pick me up, and 45 min back to the dealership. He even went over the owner's manual with me and personally saw that my new car left the dealership in immaculate condition, with a full tank of gas. I am very happy with my vehicle, and very happy with my experience purchasing from Mazda of Clearlake.

This was my first car buying experience; I have heard all of the horror stories about how it takes all day dealing with pushy salespeople and is generally a total nightmare. My experience was the opposite! I worked with Mirza; he was very friendly, and he made the process so simple and easy. I knew exactly which car I wanted, so he quickly got me in to test drive and run the numbers. He explained all the features of the car very clearly, and made me feel comfortable with the purchase I was about to make. I was walking out with the keys to my brand new Mazda3 Sport in no time. I fell in love with the CX-5 and wanted the best deal in town. David Turner was able to give me that deal. No hassle, he cut straight to the chase. Unfortunately, the car I wanted was taken out for an extended test drive because I hadn't secured the deal. David was up front and honest about it and let me know before I drove all the way out to Clear Lake from Katy. I didn't end up buying a car from CL because they didn't have another one like it in stock, although I really appreciate David's help and good character.
