I bought a Car from Mazda of Clear Lake, from David Garcia, and God almighty knows it is the absolute worst mistake of my entire life.
They are owing me some work on the Car, and it is over 4 months .
I have received information they would call me for appointment but never followed up.
I am normally a patient person, but this issue is stressing me out because I use my Vehicle for Work.
I cannot sell my older Car to bidders who are ready to pay Cash because Mazda of Clear Lake has not done the Work needed on the New Car.
I bought extended Warranty and have tried to cancel it, but Finance Manager gave me the wrong contact, and for 4 months, I have been paying for extended Warranty on a brand New Car, despite me wanting to cancel it within the first two weeks.
Mazda of Clear Lake continues to virtually hold me hostage for almost 5 Months now, IGNORING MY MESSAGES, EVEN THE GENERAL MANAGER IS AS WORTHLESS AS HIS EMPLOYEES, IF NOT MORE WORTHLESS.
I have made several attempts to get some answers, and even left 2 messages for the General Manager, Dewayne or something like that, but he chose to ignore me.
I have ran out of Patience and I am afraid something is going to give very soon if that's my only option to get their attention.
Nobody should be treated this way under any circumstances.
IF FIREWORKS ERUPT AT THIS DEALERSHIP SOMEDAY, NOBODY SHOULD BE SURPRISED.
LAZY, INCOMPETENT, DISHONEST, RUDE, SHAMELESS, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISGUSTINGLY CRIMINAL, SELF SERVING MORONS.
