2nd Bad Experience with this Mazda Dealership! Once when it was Mazda of Clear Lake and again this week under the DeMontrond Mazda Label. This is my 4th New Mazda purchase in 3 years, (Big Family and we love Mazda's) so after 2 attempts to give my business to this local dealer we'll never be back! I agree with another persons recent review of this dealership, they don't want to sell cars here! I was surprised because the car we were trading was purchased from DeMontrond Hyundai so we were sort of expecting the same positive experience we had with the awesome DeMontrond Hyundai sales manager we had back in 2018. Below was my review of Greenway Mazda as well as the experience I had at DeMontrond Mazda of Clear Lake. We decided to go back to Greenway Mazda and buy this 2nd new vehicle "CASH" yesterday after DeMontrond's Sales Director told my daughter "if we could buy it elsewhere for the price we offered go buy it." This was the same arrogant disrespectful behavior we experienced when this place wasn't owned by DeMontrond. Must be the same sales staff, although I will say the salesman Marco was a nice guy and he was respectful, it's too bad that Mr. Khalil felt as though our repeat business attempt with DeMontrond wasn't worth his time, and worse his salesman apparently didn't deserve a commission. I'm sorry Marco, you did try hard but poor leadership leads to a poor work environment!

This is the second time I have purchased a new Vehicle at Greenway Mazda and both times were the best deal and the best experience by far! We started at our local Mazda Dealer in Webster, after several painful rounds with their management staff, we were told that's our final price and you won't beat it. People pay close attention, we were within about $180.00 from what we wanted to pay and what the sales Director's ego wanted us to pay. This was the second Mazda in 3 years that I attempted to buy from my local dealer (Clear Lake) and the last time they lost the sale over $200. All I can say is Greenway Mazda said there's no way we would let a deal walk out our door over a couple hundred bucks. Especially during the COVID-19 Outbreak when car sales are low due to job loss. These guys at Greenway Mazda are awesome. They didn't just meet their competitors price to get the sale, they BLEW IT AWAY! We got door edge guards and window tint and the extra blackout features we wanted included in "OUR" price. Our salesman Curtis was such a nice man to work with, I highly recommend him and I can't thank the Management enough, (Mr. Gonzalez and Mr. Dean) for making this such an easy, relaxing process. Also for rewarding our loyalty, where the other dealers just advertise they are big on loyal customers repeat business, Greenway Mazda put their $ where loyalty counted!
