I can't go below zero , coz I don't wanna hurt them.
The people(some) working in service department they are a thief or scammed. In month of December I phone them and got some quote for services as well as replacement for passage side mirror. One of the manager gave me quote (over then they generally charge). I was OK that time with quote. I book for January first week. The service day I dropped my car and after few hours whend I go for pick up , service guy told me that mirror is in but you have to buy plastic separately. I told hI'm that I did pre pay for whole set of mirror and as well as manager quotad for full set of mirror then why you guys charging more for plastic , which includes with mirror. He said it's not me it's system which shows me. Then I went to assistant manager and explain whole situation. Manager took me to parts and we both check with parts guy that, manager who gave me quote, she charged me more or quoted more than usual. It's about $100 dollars difference plus tax and also I comfort with parts guy's that mirror comes with plastic and I not need to pay extra for it. I went to service adviser and explain everything. That guy told me that he wasn't understand that why that manager over quoted for services as well as mirror. That time I found that they are a thief and what ever extra money they can scab from me. This is just a small story but if any one needs proof then let me know I will present it.
This all incidents I was explained to relationship manager and nothing output from her as the moment.
