I was disappointed with the customer service I received from Mayfield Toyota today. One of the service staff suggested to me that if I did not bring my 2018 tundra in every 8000 km for a "routine" check up Toyota may refuse warranty if any issues were to occur. Now of course I always have the proper maintenance done to the truck at the recommended intervals but to suggest I should pay for a "routine" inspection every 8000 km or possible voided warranty is just wrong. I immediately went to discuss with the service manager Chris and he came across as very arrogant and quiet frankly he was rode. Started to walk away from me in the middle of our discussion...I now will take this vehicle to a different dealer for future service.
