Jen in particular is very knowledgeable, organized, and responsive. Personally, I think any HOA would be lucky to have Jen as their manager.

Maximum Property Management has served our community for many years. Samantha and Tammy have been great partners for our HOA. They are efficient and timely with follow-up to homeowners. Vendor management has been excellent. They helped us craft revised rules & regulations and covenants changes. Great service all around.

Lots of property management companies out there, would take a hard pass on this one. Unresponsive for the most part, charge ridiculous fees for HOA docs and transfer fees when selling. Upper management totally unresponsive when attempted to contact.

This property management company doesn't have a website and they don't have any way to make a payment other than a freaking check in the mail.. who does that anymore, really?

Follow up: Maximum reached out to me via snail mail to let me know they do have a portal to make my payments monthly, got me set up and even refunded my late fees over trying to get payments to them via check which I don't use anymore. I appreciate their responsiveness and desire to make it right, so I thought I would recognize that effort on this review, thank you!

This is my first experience working with an HOA company. I had heard nightmare stories and that this would be the worst experience of my life. Turn the page, and from this side of the story, it was one of my most pleasant experiences working with an insurance or managing company.

Jen Woodman is professional, caring, prompt in replying, and always willing to go the extra mile. Her personal and professional demeanor has created an atmosphere of respect, dignity, and quality work. After I explained to Jen what our problem and circumstances were, she immediately went to work, coordinating the mitigation of damages, repairing the damages, and even circumventing issues that may delay these processes.

This process has been, dare I say, sublime in every facet of the word. I have great respect and appreciation for what Jen does for us residents. If I have to reach out to her again, I have the utmost confidence that my family and I will be cared for perfectly.

I have worked alongside many association management companies and I have never seen this level of service and dedication from anyone else. Jen and Tammy care deeply for their homeowners associations and stop at nothing to ensure they are protected, have the best vendors in front of them, and are safe during any situation. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Unresponsive. I am a very low maintenance condo owner. I have needed correspondence twice. Once, the day I moved in, I needed directions to the water shut off valve in my building to fix my toilet. A 15 minute fix. I got an initial reply trying to help but it wasn't helpful and then I never heard back again. Luckily, I met someone in the building who knew. The second was nothing more than requesting automatic withdraws for my HOA payments. I requested via email and snail mail for 4 months with no reply and no paperwork sent. Also, no calls were ever answered nor were the voicemails replied to. BAD.

Maximum has been a great property management firm to work alongside with! We have found their open lines of communication and clear directives both helpful for us and the communities they serve. Their managers have been flexible and accommodating in scheduling and making sure their HOA's are serviced in a timely and organized manner!

If you are an HOA board, definitely stay away from...

If you are an HOA board, definitely stay away from this "business". As a board, we have been lied to and threatened, as have our community members. Our contract has been disregarded except when it benefits Maximum. Contracts mean nothing to these people. Never before in my 25+ years in business have I seen such an unprofessional company.

Zero star rating. They intimidate, bully ...yes, you Jim. They threatened to evict and take a property from a homeowner. Seriously?? Where do they get off??!! The sneak around and peer into backyards, opening gates to invade your privacy then dictate what you can have in your own yard, oh that's right they own it all!! Next will be coming INTO the residence and dictating your interior! They are tearing out half of the landscape and not replacing it without input of the homeowners. We have beautiful, mature landscape in this community and now they will be lowering home values. There are places listed for sale here that normally would sell within hours, but are still on the market. I'm guessing they have researched the HOA and the management company and said h@$ll no. They act as if they are a government over this community and hide behind the by-laws when questioned. Our development has a sign at the entrance of our community that says "Covenant Controlled Community" Wrong... a Controlled Community... by Maximum Management!! Heaven help anyone that moves here.

you will receive your bill two days before its do, if there is a mistake or if you have questions it may take several days to hear back. I am not sure on the time frame for this because I am still waiting to hear back. Good luck if you have to reach out to Maximum Property Management and Pheasant Creek Homeowners Association it will be an extremely frustrating situation for you.

I cannot even give this company one star but had to to get post review posted. Since I bought my place over a year ago, I have had 6 complaints, only two of which have been resolved. The last two times it snowed, a snow plow showed up at Midnight, the second time 2am!!! Who does that? ByLaws? They do not honor them. Time will tell, but I am hopeful they will soon be removed as our so called "Property Manager." Jim Crigler needs to go.

I have worked with Maximum Property Management for many years on several different properties and Christy Schafer in particular for 20+ years. As a landscaper, it is sometimes difficult to find a management company that treats contractors in a fair & professional manner, but Christy Schafer has always been a great industry partner. My experience with the HOA Boards at the properties we have worked together on has always been good and involved friendly communication with Maximum Property Management.

I think that they are very unprofessional and need to be reviewed. Tammy the main manager took everything as a joke and as well as Christy. I am UN happy with my experience!

Maximum Property Management is the best company I ve had the pleasure working with. I have been in the construction industry for over 50 years and to work with such fantastic group of hard working and efficient people makes my job so much easier.

Samantha Badders and Christie Shafer are true professionals. Not only do they take care of their vendors, but they also make sure that the HOA and homeowners are in the loop and satisfied with all questions answered.

Because of my work experience it is easy to see that Maximum Property Management is owned and and run by a group of very experienced people that actually care about about doing business the right and honest way.

Our HOA was with Maximum for several years. Our experience with them became unsatisfactory when we were assigned a new property manager. We quickly observed that she did not know how to use skills to deescalate situations, and instead, her responses increased anger among the board and community members. We also had evidence of her not being truthful with us, saying she had not received info when the person giving the info had confirmed with us independently that things had been sent. In the final transition from them to a different company, they made things as difficult as possible, sending photographs of documents instead of the actual document. I do not recommend this company at all.

Steer clear if you are an HOA looking for a management company. Each time I've had to submit an HOA request, there has been some sort of problem with communication, turnover etc. This most recent time, I'm quite confident "Tammy" never even submitted our request to our HOA for approval. Never received a confirmation of receipt nor a return phone call or email after contacting her multiple times. She clearly is incapable of doing her job correctly. As of today, we still have not received any sort of correspondence, so if you need anything in a timely manner - don't hold your breath.

Not helpful in resolving property issues in Settlers Village. We received a letter sent from Tammy Hall Association Manager for Settlers village sub ass oc? That's what it said! Lol! She's the sub ass on call?
In the letter it's saying we are in violation of
Section 3 saying we can't hang a Broncos flag during games even when they won the Superbowl! Or seasonal flags during holidays or United States flag EITHER! 2. No flowers in pots leading up to OUR unit WE OWN, or on our pillars. 3. No seasonal decorations! This is rediculios miss use of their time!
We asked for a large tree that is dead, and ugly to be removed and replaced & it's still right in front of our unit. Meanwhile, we had to spend over $11,000 for a new air conditioner outside unit plus a new furnace damaged by the trees branches and dead leaves and leaking gutters causing the furnace to short out!
No response to request, higher home association fees, and terrible property management for Settlers Village.
They have no flowers or landscaping in either entrance EVER..Even during the holidays not even a wreath or garland. ..NOTHING!

I have worked around many HOA management companies. I truly appreciate the communication level that Maximum Management has. It makes my life easier because they go above and beyond to make sure everyone is on the same page.

We had a deck that was literally falling apart that took THREE YEARS of requests to fix. We didn t use it in that time because we were afraid someone would get hurt on it. Then, we got our second request in 2 years for $3600 for a new roof. When we submitted to our homeowner s insurance, they requested documents from the HOA that were never sent. When it snows 4 or more, we either get shovelers at 1:30-3:30 a.m. or not at all. I don t mind shoveling my own driveway, but when I pay hundreds of dollars a month to have it taken care of by someone else, I do! Our trash and recycling is never taken care of when it is supposed to be- all things that our HOA fee is supposed to cover. When I call, I m treated rudely and my concerns are not listened to or addressed. This company does not manage; They just take your money. I think they forgot that these are OUR homes and that WE are their customers. That s how a business is supposed to run. I would love where I live if it weren t for this joke of a property management business.

Ive left voicemails and voicemails and when I finally get someone on the line they have an excuse if you cant fix something just let people know or the timeline it would be fixed. The worst! Not only can they not budget and are a part of raising association fees over 20%, but they also sent us an assessment for over $4,000, AT THE SAME TIME! They asked us to write them to request a payment plan for the assessment that they stated would get approved, because they could not take the request over the phone. After sending the request twice, we were told that they would get back to us. After months they have finally gotten back to us with a notice of delinquency...NICE. This is how they have done business for over 15 years! They also sent this notice to the wrong address, an address that has not changed in over 15 years!

We have owned a property managed by Maximum for 3 years. They were given our address and phone as were are absentee owners, it is a rental. We have not been receiving any correspondence and they took out our January 2018 HOA payment from the previous owner's payment as she owns another property in the same complex. This operation needs to be fired, plain and simple.

I had contacted and reached out by leaving 5 messages for jim for over a week And leaving messages with the receptionist saying Jim has not contacted me back can I leave a message with you she said you can and I still did not hear anything after leaving messages with her. I was calling a week before memorial day weekend to check on the status of the pool of the complex I live In I was told in order to receive a Pool key I would need to come to the office And complete the forms and leave a copy of it ID this is after living there for six years. So I took time off work went down there filled Out their forms they took copies of my ID and issued me a Pool key or at least what I thought was a Pool key because come Friday of memorial day weekend and actually speaking with Jim being told that the pool be open on Friday. the key did not work and does not unlock the pool. Now they tell me that I need to go down and get another key I don t understand why they can t get things right the first time let alone there s been No maintenance done on the pool the bathrooms are not open Or have not been opened or in working condition in over five years. So if you don t have bathrooms at a pool where the kids go to the bathroom at? the pool has not been cleaned there is been no weeds pulled or branches trimmed on any trees over the pool. And their response was Nothing I have left messages and still have not received anything in return going on over a week after memorial day weekend

It s a huge stretch to say that Maximum s business operations and HOA services actually qualify as property management . We ve come to expect delays of weeks to months for most of our key services. Mail correspondence, including payments and request forms, isn t processed as just recieved for 2-3 weeks on average. Our HOA Board meeting minutes are frequently not posted or are posted 4-6 months after the meeting date. If and when we do get minutes they are unprofessionally written, riddled with errors and grossely incomplete with regard to the actual discussions and information covered in each meeting. It s incredibly difficult to get ahold of someone at Maximum when you call and our voicemails are often not returned. I do not recommend Maximum Property Management and strongly encourage looking elsewhere for HOA services.

Maximum does a great job of communicating not only with their clients but also their vendors. From a contractors point of you they are the easiest to deal with in the industry, very organized, communicate well, and really care about their customers. Jen Woodman in particular does a fantastic job and I would recommend her and Maximum to anyone in need of theirs services!

These people are crooks through and through. Why our board of directors keeps them around is beyond me. They don't seem to understand the concept of declarations in a community and don't understand maintenance that they are responsible for. All they are good at is stealing our money

If you are a board member of an HOA I do not recommend hiring this group of property managers. They do not operate in the best interests of the communities they service. They hire questionable vendors, accuse residents of violations with no evidence, violate homeowners privacy rights, and lack professionalism when trying to resolve problems.

Maximum Property Managment , WOW i would like to say how awsome it is to do business with this staff, i can not say anything bad or negative about MPM. I would also like to give 5+ stars to Jennifer W. One of the best Property managers i have met and done business with. I have been in this business for almost 30 years and never have met one like Jennifer. She's super friendly very professinal and just an all around super person to talk to and to do business with. 5plus to MPM thanks.

Two years and counting while we wait for dead bush...

Two years and counting while we wait for dead bushes to be removed, tumbling rock retaining wall to be reset, front concrete steps slowly sinking into the ground leaving a gaping hole as they pull away from our patio area, causing undermining of our patio which will conveniently be our responsibility when it becomes damaged. Meanwhile we get all kinds of excuses and empty promises and numerous ridiculous letters about replacing exterior light fixture with prettier ones at our expense. We don t need a management company to pick a pretty light fixture, yet that seems to be their top concern. Unresponsive at every level and then told by Tammy that she ALWAYS returns calls and emails. I have to wonder who the lucky recipients of these calls and messages are.

My HOA switched over to Maximum Property Management about a year ago, and we couldn't be more pleased. Our direct property property manager is Jen Woodman, and between her and the rest of the support team at Maximum, we are seeing homeowner complaints get resolved quickly, good communication, and projects being handled and managed effectively. Despite the challenges of switching management companies, the last year has been very smooth and successful. We plan to continue to do business with this company into the future and would recommend them for anyone seeking an attentive, capable property manager.

Horrible company. They will happily take your HOA ...

Horrible company. They will happily take your HOA dues, but will take months for any sort of maintenance request to get completed. They will add fake charges to your account that will then take weeks to remove; only if you continue to fight with them about it. And god forbid your tire goes flat overnight! They won't wait even an hour before plastering your windshield with stickers. If you're on the fence of purchasing a property with these idiots as your HOA, please find somewhere, ANYWHERE else.

I have been lucky enough to work alongside Maximum Property Management for the last 3 years, and have had the opportunity to partner with this company and their managers on countless occasions. In my opinion, you will not find a better company that cares more deeply for their communities and the people within them than Maximum. Jen Woodman, Tammy Hall, Christy Schafer, Julie Berry, and the rest of the team are the not only the kind of managers and people you want to work with, they are the people you NEED to work with. I would recommend Maximum to everyone, and I would be ecstatic if they were managing my own community. Call them!

After almost 5 months of trying to get in contact with them to pay my dues, I got a delinquency notice. After trying to reach them no less than ten times they welcomed me with a "where is my money?" I guess we know that they only care about the money, and not at all about the communities they manage.

I live at a property managed by Maximum. HOA fee is $265/mo. The property (IE the grounds, parking lot etc) I live at has declined since they took over. And their "customer service" is the worst! I'm hoping to move ASAP and will only consider properties NOT managed by Maximum. Extremely frustrating!

This company is a sham. They've erroneously withdrawn money from my account after I no longer lived there. They've charged fees for meeting minutes and other normal documents. They failed to make repairs. They threatened to fine residents for displaying the American Flag. They don't answer the phone other than a kind but in the dark receptionist. I truly hope Emily finds a better job.

Based on the very fact that your company does not answer phone calls or emails - I am going to give you a 1 star rating. I have called numerous times and different days, and get the same phone message every time - "the receptionist is either on the phone or away from their desk, etc". I'm not buying it - hitting 0 numerous times does absolutely nothing. Sending an email gets no response either. I would never recommend anyone to your company as it's impossible to get a live person to talk to.

This company is AWFUL!!!! They unfortunately manage my condo association and I have had nothing but horrible experiences both with the representative assigned to us and with the president. The president Tammy wont even return emails or phone calls. I would never recommend this company and I am disgusted and frustrated every time I have to reach out for help on valid issues that are their fault. I don't even know how this "company" is in business. I hate that I have no choice but to have them as our association.

This is the worst run Property Management company I have ever dealt with. The "property manager" either doesn't return you calls and e-mails, or returns them after several days. And when I finally got one of my 4-5 messages and e-mails returned, she left a message and clearly didn't look at the billing or doesn't understand billing because what she told me was inaccurate. I plan to go to the HOA meeting and voice my concern with this company. They are HORRIBLE!!!

We Recently purchased and home in Denver, and have been working with Maximum Property Management.

Being new to home ownership, we made a little mistake on what was allowed with our HOA lol.

Thankfully we have had the wonderful privilege of working with Jen Woodman , who has been fantastic in helping us straighten everything out, and she has been very patient with us!

Needing a HOA and a management company with many home purchases, They have been responsive, polite, and very helpful. I appreciate their time, and enjoy working with them

The community we reside in has been bled out financially and left in poor condition due to Tammy and the Vendors she hires.

From mediocre work to ridiculous prices our community pays for vendors.

Lack of responsiveness, Accountability, and professionalism.

Tammy and this company represent the complete opposite of what management group conducts in a fiduciary capacity.

Also what s up with the generic review responses, this new assistant has been new for over a year now, really?
