Terrible. They deny ever receiving your package whenever they cant find it at their Miami offices , advise you to check with the shipper, who insists that the packages were delivered, and then they wish you good luck in finding it. Needless to say, their assertion that your packages are insured is a joke. Never me again.

Websourse lost package at Miami Office

I purchased an item at Amazon which showed delivered on the 9th June to the Miami Office to date has not reached me .
Websouse claims it was not delivered to them .
Amazon is a hugh international company hardly likely it was not delivered.
Websourse lost the package and from what I come to find out alot of customers missing their items delivered 9th.

Please stop giving customers the run around and take responsibility for customers packages delivered to you .
I spent almost 100 usd and I stand to loose since Amazon cannot help as they have their records as being delivered.

Websourse do not care if items stolen or went missing and never reaches the customers and no accountability. When delivered to your warehouse in Miami if it never reaches the customer you all need to give the customer a refund, not give customers the run around . I am out of pocket 100 usd .

Irresponsible with receiving and logging packages

My items were delivered to the Miami office on 5th April. 5 items in one box. Another item was delivered on the 6th. The item delivered on the 6th was updated on the system. The items on the 5th nothing. On 8th I sent an email with the tracking number asking for confirmation that items were indeed received.
I received this response "Thank you for contacting us. Please be advised that packages that are received at our Miami facility are processed within 72 business hours of being received, so we're still within that expected lead time. Once processed, an email will then be generated to you."
72 hrs from the 5th is what date?
On the 11th I received the following email:
"We received a package with the tracking number --------- at our Miami warehouse.
A picture is attached showing the item received. Kindly confirm if that is these are the only items which was supposed to be received in this package as it seems items are missing.
If items are missing, you can contact your supplier and advise us on how to proceed."
I have been trying to get a response from them since Amazon said the items were delivered on the 5th and they cannot do anything for me, Websource is responsible. To date, 12th April at 530pm no response from websource. Epic fail.

SAVE YOURSELF, SWITCH TO ANOTHER COURIER

My item purchased from a US seller on ebay was registered by eBay as being delivered to the provided official WEBSOURCE address, however WEBSOURCE failed to verify receipt of my item claiming instead that my item had been delivered to a nearby Florida post office bearing the same address as WEBSOURCE!!! They plan to take no responsibility nor action to get my item delivered to me and as far as ebay is concerned, the item WAS delivered to WEBSOURCE.

I have lost money and WEBSOURCE could not give a rat’s ass, so much so it took them 10 days to forward my lost package enquiry to Miami, with NEVER a word of sincere apology uttered , only to say “I am sorry that you are upset..”.

After almost 5 years of enriching these disreputable self entitled bastards, I can verify that their service, accountability and responsiveness is now piss poor.

SAVE YOURSELF, save your money and save your peace of mind and do like me, SWITCH TO ANOTHER COURIER.

The service is excellent but the prices are being artificially inflated, like fuel surcharge which makes no sense and insurance which makes no sense as all cargo are insured. There are international shipping now being offered by Amazon which will definitely bring down the prices...

Customer service is amazing, they always answer their phone, always respond to emails, they explained to me the delay with usps is very normal. Prompt service, websource is stress free. Compared to the other company I was with. With websource I don't have to constantly be calling to find out the status of a package. Keep up the good work. I'll definitely be ordering more stuff with them. And no annual fee is good. Although their rates are a tad bit high compared to others, you're paying for excellent, fast, stress free, service. :)

Update 3 years later - lately I feel like I pre alert in vain, always have to keep sending my invoice,when I pre alerted the amount.
Also slow email responses or none at all. A few times the delivery guy showed up to deliver items when I asked for it to be held at the warehouse, due to not having someone around to collect etc. Prices are getting ridiculous also, not making any sense order something for 13$ 2 pounds cost 150, next time I cost 113$. Just might have to make the switch

I pre-alerted my last order on your website which included attaching a copy of the invoice. I was checking the status of my order on your app and noticed that it was advising that I need to upload supplier invoice. I contacted your call center and was advised that I should upload the invoice via the app!! Shouldn t the applications be integrated?

Delivery service was unprofessional and poor. The driver was not polite, she spoke very harsh, she was impatient and did not seem to care about delivering my package at all. Is this a worker you would really want to have representing your Company!
