The worst! Not only can they not budget and are a part of raising association fees over 20%, but they also sent us an assessment for over $4,000, AT THE SAME TIME! They asked us to write them to request a payment plan for the assessment that they stated would get approved, because they could not take the request over the phone. After sending the request twice, we were told that they would get back to us. After months they have finally gotten back to us with a notice of delinquency...NICE. This is how they have done business for over 15 years! They also sent this notice to the wrong address, an address that has not changed in over 15 years!
