I've had the pleasure of working with Maximum, and specifically, Jen Woodman, on a project in one of her communities. From a vendor standpoint, they've been great to work with. Jen in particular is very knowledgeable, organized, and responsive. Personally, I think any HOA would be lucky to have Jen as their manager.
