Masterworks Automotive Svc Review

After a terrible (and dangerous) experience at a dealership.. Masterworks Automative is the only place I will take my car. They are transparent, thorough, and extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. The first time I came in they gave me a loaner car for the weekend. General Manager, Ken, is very communicative and a pleasure to work with. Pricing is very reasonable. Masterworks is trustworthy and has a customer in me for life.

I recently found myself stranded in Cleveland as my car cut off on me while driving. It was raining out and it looked as though the shop was already booked with scheduled cards. However, they still took the time out to walk over to my vehicle and inquire as to how they could be of help. I ended up leaving my car there for inspection and was AMAZED at the customer service. I didn't have to hound them with calls for updates and they didn't sugar-coat any information as it related to the real issue with my car and the cost of repair. Recommend for anyone in the Cleveland area!

I have a Ram Promaster van that I need for work, and had transmission problems. After calling and visiting several shops and dealerships went to MasterWorks Automotive . They are proficient in all the mechanical aspects, a clean and organize work area, and had access to computer software necessary for proper installation. They gave me a quote and completed the repairs on time and as promised. They kept me updated and informed all along the way. My review isn't based on one aspect, but the entire staff.

Excellent service, affordable prices, and friendly atmosphere

Fantastic service, reasonably priced! I emailed asking to bring my car in after work, they were able to squeeze me in and get my tail light fixed quickly. Having just moved to the area, it s nice knowing I can go back to them without hesitation!

They did a flawless job on my car and it runs like new. Since I am in college it is hard to find great work for a good price, and I definitely found it here!

I chose Masterworks because of all the great reviews, and I have to say they are spot on. Boruch and his team are very courteous and honest and perform great repair work. It's a relief finding such a trustworthy repair shop.

I have utilized Masterworks three times now and wanted to give an honest review. I went ahead and read every single review on here before I decided to go with Masterworks. I couldn't believe there was a privatized auto shop that had such good reviews. So I took the advice of the 80+ reviews on here and drove 35 minutes to this shop. The customer service is outstanding. I was quoted $700 from the dealer to fix a squeak (Ball joints); brought it into Masterworks and they couldn't find anything wrong with my suspension. They thoroughly inspected my suspension and couldn't justify a ball joint replacement. And even if ball joints were the problem I was quoted far less then the dealer. I have since told my wife to go here for brake replacement (`13 CX5) and needless to say we will be going here for everything to do with auto repairs from now on.

I love these guys. They check out your car and give you all of the issues that are showing up at the time. The evaluate anything you tell them about your car and get back to you with an honest answer and options. I got my car back in a reasonable amount of time. I have referred them and will do so again. The peace of mind this gives those of us, for whom the inside of a car's hood is a scary place, is priceless. You will not be lied to, cheated, or swindled in any way. Baruch is truly a caring and honest man. And a mechanic. A rare combination! Clearly many other people recognize that too, as he is greatly expanding his shop to service the many customers he has acquired with his honesty, integrity, and of course, quality.

I recently had a great experience with Masterworks. I dropped my car off over the weekend using the after hours drop box for a few basic repairs and a new battery. Despite having to order parts online, my car was ready in just a couple of days. Service was friendly and the staff even retouched a number of scratches and dents unrelated to the repairs free of charge. Pricing was fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend Masterworks to a friend and will be returning for my car repair needs in the future.

Took my 2005 Buick Lacross to Masterworks to get it checked out because the heat was not working properly. I requested the mechanics to look at the rest of the car to see if there were any issues that needed immediate attention. They also found that my tire rods, rack/pinion, and various hoses were in poor condition. Borach quoted me a fair price to fix all the issues in two sessions. After the repairs, haven't had any issues and everything is in working condition.

Borach and the mechanics was very genuine and responsive to my requests. I have been to many mechanics over the past couple years and I can honestly say my search for a mechanic stops at Masterworks. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, honesty, and customer service.

I went in for an Aims test, first time. Customer service was great, pleasant atmosphere. Wait time was less then anticipated. Clean waiting room, healthy snacks and the restroom was immaculate. Will definitely use the service if needed.

I called Masterworks to have them check out a car I wanted to buy. They were able to take a look at it immediately and their inspection made me aware of a couple of issues. With their feedback I was able to go back to the dealer and have them take care of the necessary issues.

The team at MasterWorks is incredible - their repairs are very well done, they don't try and oversell you or recommend repairs you don't need, and they consistently cost less than other mechanics I have dealt with.

The area where they are truly outstanding is their customer service. I needed a wheel bearing replaced before going on a cross-country road trip and the owner called a few days into the drive to check on how the repair was holding up and remind me I had free Roadside Assistance if I needed it along the way (which paid off when I had a flat tire on the side of the highway).

I was frustrated with my car as I had an electrical issue and spent thousands of dollar in other car repair shops with no luck and finally found this guy online and I was like I should give it a try and man that was the best thing happened to me and my car. The owner is determined honest and welling to help more than anything else. He fixed my vehicle s problem in less than 3 days with reasonable price. Plus he checked things on my car and pointed them to me without me asking him. Love the place and feel confident about the quality of work and about the honesty of the honor.

Amazing service! I took my car for a repair and they didn't have a loaner car available that day so, since I work nearby, they offered to drive me to work and pick me up later, which they did. I don't know any other repair shop that would have done that.

Had a great experience here. They worked with my extended warranty to get my daughters car repaired. They were very helpful in answering all the questions we had (we had a ton!). I went in last week with a radiator issue. I brought it to them and they did a free assessment to check and see if anything else was wrong with the car. They found a couple issues and we were proactive about the issues which saved me more money than it would have if we waited. Good and honest place. I highly recommend.

We had a problem with the front of the van vibrating until it got so bad we had to stop driving it. We had been introduced to Masterworks for an e-check and the location is perfect so we called them. They said to bring it in the next morning. We did, and it was repaired the same day! Impressive! Very friendly and professional. Thank you.

Amazing place. Had my car diagnosed for AC repair and he gave me a far lower quote than Kia did and worked with me through all the part ordering fiasco we had to go through and eventually helped me get it fixed with a patch because waiting on back ordered part took too long. But very honest and won't try to scam you. And for now they have free rentals when available while car is being repaired!

I decided to go to Masterworks since it's really close to my house. The shop was able to get me in same day as well as finish my oil change and inspect a strange noise my car had by the end of the day so that I could have my car back by the weekend! The pricing was extremely reasonable and they did not charge me for anything unnecessary. The staff was extremely friendly, explaining questions other customers had so they could understand what was wrong. I appreciated that they were still open during construction. I will definitely be returning whenever I need car service!

Great experience with a first visit! Had a pretty simple request but it was handled relatively quickly and I was kept updated throughout the process. Not the most inexpensive place, but you get what you pay for! I plan to come again for any future repairs.

You want to do business with someone you like and trust. Ken is that person. Everyone that works there is friendly and very knowledgeable. Had to get my car fixed on Monday, brought the car in late morning had it back in early afternoon. This was a big job but since he has most parts in stock there was no delay due to ordering parts.

I originally went to the Motorcars Toyota because the condenser of my car was broken, but they quoted an obscene price and also told me I needed other unnecessary repairs. I felt that I was being taken advantage of, so I went to Masterworks Automotive. The guy at MasterWorks Automotive was completely honest with me and told me I did not need all the repairs that Toyota had quoted. This saved me thousands of dollars! They then fixed my condenser at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. It works perfectly now! I would highly recommend them.
