I was only in town for a few days a realized I needed an oil chance. Baruch and the crew took care of me and were able to fit it in and even worked with my schedule! And of course they went through the rest of the car to make sure everything else was good. I can't recommend them enough!

I brought my car in for an E-Check. I was glad there was one near me. I was greeted shortly after entering and told I would be next. The owner invited me to sit in their clean, pleasant waiting area and enjoy a snack or beverage on them. When it was my turn he took my car to the bay and said it would take 5 minutes. My car passed, but if it hadn t I may have felt comfortable enough to have them make the repair because of the professionalism he showed.

I've been to Masterworks a number of times, ranging from routine checkups to major work (at one point my entire left rear wheel and break assembly decided to part ways with the rest of my car). Taub and his associates have impressed me every time with excellent work and excellent service, all of which was provided at such a low cost that I was routinely floored by my bill.

My car stopped working due to a mechanical issue, I had my car towed to MasterWorks. The mechanics ran extensive diagnostics and came up with the solution (even though it was a complicated problem). They fixed the car and gave me a fair estimate for both the services they performed and future repairs I might need. I am very satisfied with their work, very conscientious and professional staff!

Have you ever heard about a 5 star mechanic? Finding a trustworthy mechanic that does ONLY what needs to get done is almost unheard of. Baruch and team are honest and work is impeccable. You may have to wait in line because the place is just busy so call ahead. The reason: when someone finds an above average mechanic they will keep coming back. Their diagnoses are right on, clearly they use Snap-on-(I work there) and their estimates are accurate. Getting the work done was the easiest and fastest. Already recommended Baruch to a bunch of people.

Masterworks was very professional, upfront with their process and pricing. They sent a detailed report of their findings (with pictures), and we discussed the repairs and pricing before any work was done. The final work on my car ended up being below earlier quotes as they needed less diagnostic time than expected for one element of the repair. I am happy with the repair job on my car, and will look to them for future repair work.
Baruch was very personable and wasn't out to cheat me from money. He was fair and explained the issue and now my car works again.

So pleased with my experience here! The staff was helpful and really showed me what was going on with my car without trying to make me pay for more. They made time to make repairs the same day and provided me with the best parts. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. The prices were much more reasonable than at the dealership. I know when I bring my new car or old van to Mr. Taub, I'm going to get an honest, expert opinion. The crew is courteous and work is done on time and at very reasonable rates. In a world of big-name franchise auto service centers focused on maximizing revenue, it's nice to go to this neighborhood mechanic who knows his stuff and actually cares about his customers.
I originally was referred to MasterWorks from my rabbi. I had a flat tire and another one low on air. Unfortunately I wasn't so trustworthy of mechanics from past experiences and assumed this place would talk me into getting new tires. Boruch was wonderful! He removed the nails in my tires, plugged them up and the fee was nominal. Since then, we go to him with all our automotive needs and the customer service is incredible! We have referred friends to him as well and they all feel just as pleased and comfortable with the care and service they receive as I do. I'd refer anyone to Boruch and MasterWorks because I trust him implicitly. Part of what you get in return is peace of mind and to me, that's priceless.

The customer service here is top notch. I had an oil change and headlight replacement. The headlight ended up being buried in the engine and they notified me it would be difficult to change requiring a small additional amount of money due to labor prior to going forward. Extremely honest, straight forward business.

They replaced the suspension on my car. I'm talking A LOT OF PARTS. Front and back. MasterWorks really went out of their way to help save me some money in the process, but at the same time, was open and honest about what my car NEEDED. Car was done in two days. Rides...like...a...unicorn. Yes, a unicorn. I don't just "give out" 5 stars for no reason.

I highly recommend this car repair service. They assessed the used car I purchased. Their assessment of basic fitness and value was sound. There have been some issues with the car (175,000 mile car) such as rust and belts, which they have repaired. I find their service to reasonable. They are able to work through the priority of repairs and suggest maintenance that can be deferred. I trust them with my car.
Boruch was a pleasure to deal with, giving me the attention to detail required. When faced with an expense higher than I expected, he laid out the various options for me with no pressure to go with the higher priced part. This was my first visit and I plan on returning in the future.

I was extremely satisfied with the service. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They were up-front with me about what work was necessary and what could be put off until later without compromising safety, so that I could save money. After their work was complete, I went back again, because the check engine light came on. They said this was related to the work they did previously, and fixed the problem for free. It felt like they weren't out to get my money and that they were genuinely interested in doing good work, being reliable and providing excellent customer service.

Just last week one of my tires was leaking, it s a slow leak. One of the Masterworks staff members came out and checked all of the tire pressures for me. Sure enough, one was very low. He then filled my tire for me. I appreciated this during the COVID-19 time since I did not have to touch a thing. Instead of trying to encourage me to have them repair or fix the slow leak, it was agreed that I should return to the place where I bought the tires. I was very impressed with their helpfulness. And this is true every time I have had to take my car in for routine maintenance, oil changes, or when I needed new wheel bearings.
Here you have a great combination of sincere honesty and professionalism. And what I like about the mechanics in this place is that they know all different types of cars. They're not robots who trained on one car.

Baruch helped us out of a difficult situation. The transmission on my daughter s car began to fail shortly after we moved her to college in Cleveland far from our home in Missouri! We had to get it fixed to keep her safe, and I didn t look forward to dealing with an expensive repair via long-distance calls.
Fortunately, Baruch was very helpful and honest about our options. Once we decided what to do, the work was done promptly on the promised schedule, and the rebuilt transmission seems to be working well. We d give the shop 5 rating, but they were unable to provide the most economical in-house rebuild because a key employee was out on extended leave.

At first i was suspicious because every single review gave it 5 stars, but they really did to an excellent job!! Service was fast and fair. I needed a replacement O2 sensor and the car runs like new now. At Honda motorcars they were going to chargeme over $100 just for the diagnosis. At masterworks it was $56. Overall I am very pleased and will definitely return in the future.

MasterWorks Automotive was an absolute savior in the car trouble I had at the beginning of this winter. They were able to completely diagnose and fix the multiple issues I had, find new parts, and get my car ready for me the same day. I was towed there at 9 am and was driving my car by 3pm. I was blown away at how friendly and attentive they were with me on the phone, and how comprehensive the workup was. It was time for my annual service. I also had a profuse oil leak that I was concerned about. I dropped the car off on Friday morning. It turned out that the leak was caused by a missing drain plug gasket. No diagnostic charge to find the leak, just the price of an oil change. The car was ready on Friday afternoon. Boruch and his team are the best. I won t take my Mercedes anywhere else for service.

I came in for an e-check. I was late getting it (as usual), and they not only fit me in, but I was in and out in about 45 minutes.
I have driven by their shop many times, never really paying much attention. The shop is beautiful inside, very clean. Staff is extremely friendly and took care of me quickly. I also watched them with all of the other customers that came in, they treated them exactly the same.
I brought a 2008 jeep patriot in to get a second opinion they were very upfront and honest about the repairs as apposed to the previous place I took my truck to. The other place said they'll do the work but couldn't guarantee me it would solve my problem. At masterworks I was told the repairs would cost more than the truck was worth! First impression count so masterworks is my new place of choice for having all of my vehicles serviced from now on

Instead of blindly guessing at what the issue was, they agreed to come with me for a test drive to see if I could get the noise for them.
