Took my 2005 Buick Lacross to Masterworks to get it checked out because the heat was not working properly. I requested the mechanics to look at the rest of the car to see if there were any issues that needed immediate attention. They also found that my tire rods, rack/pinion, and various hoses were in poor condition. Borach quoted me a fair price to fix all the issues in two sessions. After the repairs, haven't had any issues and everything is in working condition.

Borach and the mechanics was very genuine and responsive to my requests. I have been to many mechanics over the past couple years and I can honestly say my search for a mechanic stops at Masterworks. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, honesty, and customer service.
