Kind, professional, and helpful staff. Performed work on time. The shop itself is very nice too.
Friendly service, fair price and honest as the day is long. I'm auto mechanic who no longer is working in the field and this is where I take my car. They've made improvements with their communications with customers which gets rid of the only issue I've had here in the past. I recommend wholeheartedly.
Ken and his team are top notch! Professional, fair, and nice. They know what they are doing, don t try to sell you on a bunch of things. Very timely service. I ve already told my friends to go here
I brought my car in because I noticed a leak. Boruch didn't charge me for just looking at it. That was really nice. Then, when I came back another day to get some work done, I remember driving out of the parking lot feeling safe and secure that the work done on my car was done right.
very thorough, professional, and on time. very smooth experience!
I came in for a free e-check with my two little girls. I was greeted at the door and was offered snacks! It was such quick service I was so pleased!-which I was not expecting fast service knowing they would have to drop their paid for work for a free service. Their waiting room is so clean and comfortable! Nicest group of people! I will officially be using this company for future auto repairs, all due to this experience
Went for an emissions test and was treated like royalty! Fast service. Honest answers and GREAT SNACKS! Going back soon and love the atmosphere.
I was having some electrical problems with my car. After doing some googling, I decided to take it here after seeing all the fantastic reviews and that they specialize in electrical work. I couldn't have been more pleased with their service. They were very efficient in looking at my car and keeping in contact with me throughout the process. Ken was very honest in letting me know that it may not be worth my time to diagnose and fix the multiple issues they found. I've decided to sell that car and get something else, and am glad to know I will be taking my future vehicle to MasterWorks for anything that needs done to it!
I have been coming to MasterWorks for over five years. They are honest, very professional, and they do great work! They are the only mechanics that I allow to touch my car(s). Thanks MasterWorks!!
Boruch and his crew are honest and competent, and his prices are fair. They have extended the life on my 10 year old Kia. Highly recommended.
I was a first time customer. Getting new brakes was quick, work was thoroughly described prior to the actual servicing. Pricing was good. Picking up after hours using their lock box was easy too. I cant think of anything negative. Highly recommended A++
MasterWorks is very professional and a pleasure to work with.
Thank you so much for your expertise in checking out a car that we were looking to buy. You were available on the spot (on the Eve of Thanksgiving!) which helped speed up the process and enable us to still get back to the car dealer shop in time before their early closing. We were even able to purchase it that night!! Your knowledge and attention to detail are amazing! That is truly why we came to you! Thank you!
Good customer service. I came in for brakes but was told I still had a few thousand miles to go and that more important repairs were needed. I have a town and country and there little ones so I was able to use the loaner van while mine was being worked on. Thanks so much.
MasterWorks is always open, honest and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
As a new graduate student in town I did not know where to go for quick and reliable automotive care. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and fixed my car in a short amount of time! I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt service and kindness! I will recommend MasterWorks to friends and family.
I came here to MasterWorks to get my car's exhaust system checked. I was so happy and relieved when I was told that I only needed the exhaust pipe replaced for under $300. I had just had my car checked with another mechanic who told me most of my exhaust system needed to be replaced at the cost over $1000!!! I am grateful that I found an auto shop that not only gives great customer service but also is honest and trustworthy!
The most honest people that I have dealt with in the automotive business/ The owner looks you in the eye and tells you everything you need to know and really creates a great sense of trust. Also, if arranged in advance, the loaner car is very convenient and really helps alleviate any sense of waiting around for your car.
I was suspicious when I checked reviews. But when I went to this place for Tire repair, I was pretty much satisfied with the service.
Baruch is my go-to for all my auto repair needs. He's honest and always charges a fair price.
I made an appointment at MasterWorks to have my transmission leak looked at. Hoping it would be a simple repair and was prepared to spend a specific amount to get it fixed. However, as I feared an attempt to repair the leak incurred the risk of making it worse because of the vehicles age.
Now, a LOT of shops either would have simply stated that they could repair it, then screw you when they informed you things got much worse upon attempt to repair and now you need a rebuilt transmission or replacement. This either being from their lack of knowledge or not caring or even possibly knowing that once they went to do the simple repair you'd be in a jam after it got worse.
This is where the reps at MasterWorks separated themselves from the onslaught of dishonest shops out there. Before doing anything, they examined the issue, then brought me back to the vehicle and not only explained the issue but showed me on the vehicle and even showed me a further demonstration of the transmissions inner workings from parts they had in storage. They explained that if they made an attempt to replace the seal ring that was leaking that the older vehicles corroded metals could be marred and cause a worse leak that would prevent a new seal from working properly.
Now, they explained the costs of rebuilding, cost of replacing, but then also stated that given the vehicles age it may not be prudent to spend so much money because the cost of repairs would be so close to what the vehicle's value is, making it not worth the money that would be spent.....now I was ALREADY thinking this as they explained the repair options, but was surprised when THEY were pointing it out. I mean, this is a level of honesty you don't find in shops these days. They went on to explain some other small issues I have going on with my vehicle and which ones I should keep an eye on, never pushing or hard selling me that day.
Now they definitely let me know they would like the business and would do the work if I choose to repair, but were extremely honest in all aspects. I decided the slow leak was only costing me $10 - $15 per year in lost transmission fluid and that cost of more fluid for years would be a fraction of the repair, so I am not getting it repaired, as much as I would have liked to stop the leak. I will just have to monitor my fluid level. But if I have anything on my vehicle that needs repair in the future, I will not hesitate to take it to MasterWorks.
I have lived in several places throughout the country and I can say that finding this kind of honesty is not only refreshing but rare among mechanic shops these days. Most are simply looking to get as much money as they can from each customer each visit. I believe MasterWorks is looking to build a solid clientele based on honest work, giving customers what they need without gouging them.
I would not hesitate to take my vehicle to MasterWorks.
I was impressed with Boruch, his professionalism, and the cleanliness of his shop. First class all the way.
Great experience at Masterworks. Boruch was very knowledgeable and explained things in a way that I could understand as a layman, and my car was fixed in less than 24 hours. Will definitely go back again in the future.
These guys are amazing! Saved me a TON of money (Infiniti told me $1800) and the problem was fixed the FIRST time. The staff is very friendly and kept me updated through out. Won't be be taking my car to anywhere else from now on.
On a recommendation, I decided to give MasterWorks a try after having a couple bad experiences with my previous shop. I can only say that I wish I had switched years ago. They are very transparent and honest about what they recommend, what needs to be done, what can wait, pictures of everything so you can see exactly what they're referring to, what things will cost, etc. A night and day difference compared to what I had gotten used to. I definitely whole-heartedly recommend MasterWorks.
I have been taking my car over to Boruch at Masterworks for years now and have always been very satisfied with the service quality!
experience always excellent. Most importantly they are honest. That is coupled with them knowing what they are doing. Moneywise you do much better than going to a dealer.
Extremely honest, very consciences and his estimate is dean-on accurate. It is a pleasure to deal with. Professional with high integrity would recommend any day of the week!
I've been using Baruch for years, probably the most knowledgeable mechanic out there. He done everything for me. But aside from that he is extremely trust worthy and reliable which is the most important factor.
Thanks for everything.
I had a great experience visiting MasterWorks! My car's oil was improperly changed at an out-of-state mechanic, which caused oil to leak all over my engine and the front of my car. MasterWorks took the time needed to throughoughly clean and fix the problem. I am not the most knowledgable about automative work, and the staff look the time to explain it to me why this happened and what to look for next time my oil is changed. I also asked about other basic upkeep questions, they responsded patiently and gave honest advice, even recommeded to buy a product on amazon to save money. I learned more about cars in my visit here than multiple other automotive shops combined.
Great service. Mark especially is trustworthy, reliable, nice and competent.
Masterworks is honest, well priced, and do great work!
My husband and I have been bringing our cars here since we moved to the area. We both have BMWs and I am extremely picky about where we take them for fear of being overcharged and paying for services I don't actually need. I went through multiple places before finding MasterWorks Automotive. When the dealership quoted me over $7,000 for repairs on our older BMW, I brought it here the following week and from the start Boruch ensured me that he would help me determine what actually needed to be done. We have since had both cars here multiple times. He was able to differentiate between actual problems and things that could probably use attention in the future but were fine for now, and he was honest with me throughout the entire process. My car is now in much better shape. I am slowly getting things fixed and Boruch has been incredibly understanding. I will continue to come here for any service our cars need. MasterWorks Automotive has integrity, professionalism, and know-how where other shops are lacking and I recommend them to anyone who asks where we take our cars.
The work is always done on time and with a smile. I love being able to make appointments so there is very little sitting around and waiting. I highly recommend this shop!
First of all, Baruch has an engineering degree. Most mechanics do not. Second of all, he's a nice, honest guy. Now for my selected experience to relate to you all:
I was leaking tons of oil out of my car, which is an '03 Cadillac Deville. Firestone is down the street from me, so I stopped in. The quote was $1200 just to look (at least in that vintage of NorthStar, there's so much engine crammed under the hood that you have to remove the exhaust system or the engine to get to the inside). They wouldn't quote anything past their "to look" price. Baruch's final cost for fixing my car was $150. $80 of that was for replacement oil. He literally stuck his hand in the engine, and tightened a bolt. Firestone definitely would have still charged me the $1200, if I was lucky they wouldn't have damaged the interior of my car (again).
Great experience. Highly professional. I've shared my experience with family and friends. I recommend MasterWorks.
I came in to check out a used car I was going to purchase. The guys at Masterworks were very knowledgeable and I left very confident that I am getting a good car. They also checked the car value for me and assured me that I am getting a good deal.
Always a wonderful experience. Very friendly staff, and very prompt service.
I never feel like I'm being given the run around with Masterworks, they're very honest and have done great work for myself and family members.
Constantly praising the company and recommend them.
Baruch, besides for his expertise, is friendly and understanding. I has an emergency in middle of the day and he made sure to get me in to his schedule. He always goes out of his way to accommodate me, and I see that he does the same for all his customers.
We know we can always trust Masterworks Automotive. Professional reliable service with a smile!
My name is Isaac Seligman , I can't say enough how satisfied and happy I was with masterworks . They are honest and very easy to deal with!I highly recommend them!!
