We were all packed up ready to go to New York and we felt a unusual vibration on our van. We went to Masterworks to check it out and it was a serious issue. Boruch went out of his way to accommodate our circumstances and fixed our van within a few hours and proactively made sure that everything else was ready for our long trip. I would highly recommend Masterworks!
