I went alone and bought clothes, but thanks to the marina staff, I was able to shop happily. I picked clothes and recommended pit or something to suit, and helped in many ways. I am very grateful for the advice and tips I have had for a long time to buy clothes.

It used to be a Zara, so I did not go there until recently. For the size, they carry fewer things than the one on Paseo de Gracia though the staff have better attitude here. Staff checks with the catalogue if they can not find the style you want . Ample of things to chose from in this store.

A Very nice and large store of lovely Massimo Dutti brand in the hart of Barcelona. Their prices are really high but you can always find very good quality products here and you also can be the early bird and go for shopping during their sale. This branch has 4 floors and during sales is crowded by many people.

The clerk told his friend that he could take a look but don't mess with the clothes.
When I was sitting in a chair waiting for my friend to pick clothes, two clerks kept looking at me.
Look at me when I get dressed and look at me when I pass by. Their eye contact training is extremely poor.

Poor customer service and disappointing quality su...

Poor customer service and disappointing quality suits. This store used to be one of my favorite stores but after today I won't be going back. A few months ago I bought a pantalon but after having it worn a few times a stitch near the zipper got loose. Today I went back to the store where the manager told me it could be easily fixed and the costs would be around 2,00, which was fine by me. But when I arrived at the cashier the girl said that they don't have a price for this kind of stitching so she came up with 4,00. I didn't mind paying 2,00 but honestly, I expected their customer service to be way better and have them fix the stitch without any costs. Anyway, in this case I told the cashier that I wasn't going to pay 4,00 for one little stitch (I found it unjustified and it became thing of principal). So she called the manager but he said that he couldn't do anything about it and that they were holding on to the made up price. When I told him that I would take my pantalon somewhere else he even thanked me. Not the most smartest move if you ask me. I guess he valued the 4 more than losing a loyal client.

My suggestion is to go somewhere else where they have better quality clothes and better customer service!

One of Barcelona's most beautiful shops Massimo Dutti. Always beautiful clothes and quality present. A team of friendly and helpful sellers. Having had to make an exchange, it was done ultra quickly and without any problem. 10/10

I went to look for an order online. The customer service on floor -1 left a lot to be desired. There was only one female employee on the floor with an upgradeable tone and attitude. Nothing happened that I should review but only the treatment was not pleasant and lived up to the expectations as a client. For the next I will choose another store where they are more friendly.

However, I felt unkind because the staff at the end of the checkout was happy and friendly. On the same day, I went to this store once more, but when I stood in line to check out, the unkind staff smiled and greeted the foreigner in front of me. But my turn comes again and again.
Because he's doing all the calculations, he looks at others and doesn't say hello.

Overall GREAT store. Very helpful and friendly sales staff, great selection of nice stuff and very good pricing. So why the 1-star rating? : I was there beginning April and spent about 800 EUR in pants, shoes, shirts, a jacket and some accessories. The Sales associate was super helpful and made the shopping a breeze. After having helped me select several pair of trousers he also suggested a rather nice belt to go with them. I took that belt as well. When packing my bags the next day and getting dressed to travel back I found the belt to be MUCH too small - as I had been buying several pants I had assumed that the sales guy had picked a belt with matching size. So prior to going back to the airport I stop by the store in order to swap the belt for a bigger size. Only to be told by the manager that this could not be done because ... I had already "detached" the label from the belt (I had the labels AND the receipt with me though!). So what could have been a perfect shopping experience mainly due to the professional and pleasant attention of the sales staff is basically trashed by a LAME and pitiful "managerial decision". Shame..

Went specifically to this store to get my tax free form because on the global blue website they are listed as their "clients". The girl at the cashier prepared the form with the Premier tax free company, when I asked if they don t have Global blue she just said no. I left and checked online, found the page with the info, went back in and showed her asking if there is really no Massimo Dutti store in Barcelona that still offers Global Blue tax refund. She was clearly annoied, rude and could barely speak english. Global Blue is bad but Premier tax free is PURE SCAM!!!

I bought a belt with other items, arrived at home no belt in the pocket, on the phone the saleswoman told me that we must return despite the reference of the receipt and credit card, not being from Barcelona 100 km of road, arrived at the store and after checking the surveillance camera the belt had been forgotten by the saleswoman. But they did not have more ... Result 200km, two hours of road, parking, highway for nothing, not a commercial gesture, no consideration of prejudice! They sell the items twice? No one and dishonest! Check your purchases .. If you want to do moreover very average quality and more.
