Amazing service by Maria, Spanish woman. She is super friendly, professional and patient. She took her time to show me the whole collection including bags, accessories and shoes as well. I really enjoyed shopping there because of her. Best experience in a Chanel store. Thank you Maria

Came in to buy a bag and no one wanted to help me. Still walked out with a handbag. They didn't even offer me champagne with other customers were receiving it. Maybe I just got the wrong associate? Bought in France because it's approximately 20% cheaper than if I were to buy in America. Also, when I went, there were no fanny packs/bum bags. Boo.

The customer service at this location is amazing. I bought a chanel woc a few days ago on my last day in London and when I brought it back to the hotel, I noticed that the Chanel logo was slightly to the left. I visited a Chanel store in Paris (a different location 5 minutes away from this one - Chanel Cambon) and the sales associates were very adamant that I was wrong. Their attitudes were very snobbish and I felt pretty demoralized after leaving the shop. I walked to this location since it was nearby and the sales associates were sooo nice. Cecilie (I think this is how you spell her name) was the one who helped me and she agreed that it was off center too. She even pulled out a tape measure to make sure for me. She brought out the store manager and they both helped me exchange it. I could tell it was very difficult for them because of the VAT refunds (I'm from the United States) and because I bought it from London instead of France. Despite the hassle, they kept apologizing to me for my troubles even though they definitely didn't need to. I felt so grateful!! If you ever want to buy a Chanel bag, definitely visit this location instead of the other one!

The worse Chanel service ever... The sale person is so rude when even asked for a change of 500 EUR note. Never i will come to this Chanel store again. The sale person helpin my sister even say that there is a misunderstanding. He is asian and i am shameful that i am asian myself.

Since October 27 I fight with CHANEL ahhhhh luxury huh! I want emerald limited edition nail polish which is everywhere in exhibition model !!! But no entry of stock !!! I call, I make emails to Chanel customer service and we can not provide it or even give me an answer to find out how I can get it !!! Bravooooo Chanel is finished for me and I would do it on my social networks or there are a lot of subscribers
