This company has the worst customer service in the world.and does not train a sales person how to process a refund. I purchased a item in the Firenze store and returned it last year. Since I did not receive my refund, I contacted the company through Facebook. Elena responded me, gave me the case number and asked me to call the customer service which had the US number. After I tried to call over 7 times, my call finally went through. I spoke to Joseph who was in Spain not in US and gave my credit card information along with the name of my bank. I asked the Joseph to send me an email showing showing everything was understood and taken care of. He did not send a confirmation email. I spoke to him again on the next day and he told me that my inquiry was sent to the next level. After Inrequested five times, he sent me the email asking me to call for further inquiry. Is he kidding me? I want my money back as you had your goods back last year. Why are you keeping my money?
