Poor customer service and disappointing quality suits. This store used to be one of my favorite stores but after today I won't be going back. A few months ago I bought a pantalon but after having it worn a few times a stitch near the zipper got loose. Today I went back to the store where the manager told me it could be easily fixed and the costs would be around 2,00, which was fine by me. But when I arrived at the cashier the girl said that they don't have a price for this kind of stitching so she came up with 4,00. I didn't mind paying 2,00 but honestly, I expected their customer service to be way better and have them fix the stitch without any costs. Anyway, in this case I told the cashier that I wasn't going to pay 4,00 for one little stitch (I found it unjustified and it became thing of principal). So she called the manager but he said that he couldn't do anything about it and that they were holding on to the made up price. When I told him that I would take my pantalon somewhere else he even thanked me. Not the most smartest move if you ask me. I guess he valued the 4 more than losing a loyal client.

My suggestion is to go somewhere else where they have better quality clothes and better customer service!

This reply is such bs and has nothing to do with IT. It's rather ego or more likely poor management judgement.
