Brought everything I needed for work, expecting a long wait. Called me in at exactly my appointment time. So quick that I went back home for lunch before heading out to work. Courteous, clean. There were two technicians working.

Huge wait but no one checking people in to estimate how much longer. It's 80 degrees outside and the AC isn't on. Horrible office to wait in. Seriously inefficient and not well run. Hope to never come Back here

If you follow the simple rules like logging into their IPad when you get in all will go well! Staff super nice and very fast service! 5 STARS!!

Bad service, rude employees. No patient privacy. Everyone in the waiting area can hear and see everything that's going on.

I think the staff regard the stated hours as more of a suggestion than an obligation. This is the third time I've shown up and no one was there at 8 am. What gives?

Never again. Totally careless when drawing blood bc they were trying to be quick. I m in so much pain, along with a dime-sized bruise from the second time she tried to draw blood and a 2 inch scratch from when she took the needle out. It was also not clean. Garbage was overflowing. The whole experience was just awful. Update: a week later, my doctor doesn't have my results and i can't reach anyone at the office. And my bruise still hasn't gone away. NEVER. AGAIN.

One of the women working there WASN'T WEARING FACE MASK in the age of Covid-19. This place really ought to be closed for this kind of violation. The place is supposed to open at 1pm but the door wasn't opened until 1:25pm and then the two techs spent another 20 minutes ignoring customers. I spent a total of 35 minutes waiting outside and another hour and a half inside before I was called. And then the tech in the picture said she didn't have the order for my labs!

They have an excellent service. Very professional, fast service and knowledgeable. I was service by a lady name Maritza . She was very polite and professional.

I checked in about 15 minutes before my appointment time and the screen indicated that I would receive a text when it was my turn for a test. I waited for over an hour outside because the waiting room was full and unsafe per social distancing standards and some people were not wearing masks. There was no receptionist available to speak to. I left and never received a text.

Not only did this location lose my blood work, they deleted my order from the system afterwards. So far Quest has refused to provide an explanation (to me or my doctor) as to how or why this happened.

There's only 1 lab. Attendant and need another more. This location has very traffic of people because is close of prebysterian hospital. I went for blood test in 06/10/16 since 815am and i wsit until 930am and didn't get the service. The attedant was very slow with any customer. That's incredibly!

They saw me early before my scheduled appointment. Friendly technician and fast service. Would recommend highly. Way better experience than expected after reading these reviews.

The service was very good. There was no one else waiting when I went so that maybe why the service was so fast. The facility looked relatively new and was very clean and comfortable. I will be having my lab work done there from now on.

Nice facility and friendly and helpful staff. The area is a little shady though.
