This is the higher quality line of Inditex brands. It is more expensive than Zara. Here you will find the usual sober attire you require for work.. classy not trashy.

Great customer service. Barcelona has been on its game (or Im spending too much time in Brazil that I have lost my index of reference). Bought a few items, and they have some good classic cuts for men.

Worst customer treatment I experienced in a long time.

I ve been upstairs in the men section. Service there was demotivated, inattentive and even rude towards the end.

Not being aware that they are closing, I was told by a male coworker in a quite harsh manner that they are closing and he basically ignored my question I had for what I wanted to buy and turned to his phone.

I went downstairs to buy the item anyway to be welcomed by an annoyed looking, eye-rolling female cashier not saying anything but only with card .

If you want to have a pleasant shopping experience, avoid this place.

I have returned to the store and I have found good care and more dependent to pay in the box, so they have solved the issue that pointed in my previous review. Having solved it is indicative of your interest to improve.
