Nothing amazing massage was ok , but definitely you get what you pay for if you are looking for an amazing massage experience this is not the place , but if you just want a relaxation massage and don't need all the extras you should give it a try.

My experience with these people was absolutly horrible they are extreamly un professional i requested a call from management and didnt get a response i will not spend anouther dollar with them all i want is a refund on my unused gift certificates
First time ever getting a massage and it was awesome! I got Adam and he did an amazing job. The amount of pressure he applied while massaging me was perfect. I was totally comfortable with him and relaxed. He was really professional, and asked for feedback from me for next time. Next time I get a massage I ll definitely be going to massage envy
So I come here to relax. RELAXING being the key word, yet every time I go there is something different going on that prevents me from doing just that.
There has been times when the staff does not give me the right time for an appointment, or the "1-hr" massage is actually 45 minutes long! Even when in the webpage it SPECIFIES 1 hour.
As if that was not enough, there has been times where the actual masseuse doesn't really do much and stops 5 min early... making you experience close to 30min at most due to the wasted time at the beginning, during the massage and end.
Just today they messed up my husband's scheduled facial/massage! and again this is not the first time that they have messed up a massage/facial for me.
We are just waiting for our 12-month contract to be over and move on to a better massage parlor.

This place is unprofessional. They have charged my account twice now for a monthly fee of $70. Ive been trying to get a refund since July. When I finally get a manager on the phone they tell me they won't refund the first charge because it's been over 30 days. Every time I've called or gone in they say I need to speak to a manager who is not in at the time. Now they tell me I've waited to long to cancel so I can't get a refund. This place is a scam.
Fiancee booked an appointment for us an hour and a half in advance. I had an emergency, so she called 10 minutes after I she originally booked the appointment to cancel my massage, but not hers. They still charged the 50% cancellation fee for mine ($30), because we held that spot for 10 minutes and they couldn't fill it.
Her massage was lackluster. After all that, they still tried to get her to start a membership.
Worst customer service.
Really disappointed. I called to schedule a massage with credits my friend had given me as a gift and I guess they expired in November? They wouldn t make any exceptions only to try to get me to purchase a membership. You d think they d accommodate under the circumstances of covid and that it s only been two months since the expiration but I guess not. Way to satisfy clientele.
I joined massage envy only to be caught up in confusion months later when I realized I had been quoted the wrong price 3 times. My initial call with the sales associate told me "your massage this month is free" and then showed up to end up paying $39.00 which was the "membership" price. I assumed I had made an error then heard the same thing spoken to a new client.
Then I called to make a massage appointment using my $39.00 membership cost and was told it was $49.00.
Like I said, confusing. The masseuse are good and I love that it keeps me going but they are going to have to do some convincing to get me to stay a member.
These mindless, heartless people told my mom she could redeem her coupon there when she showed them the gift certificate upon booking her appointment. Turns out the gift certificate was for a different place but I jut find it heartless for them to not acknowledge that they had seen the gift certificate beforehand and agreed she could use it there. Wow. Some people. Massage Disgust is more like it.
If you have scar tissue that you need work on ask for Lisa. She's an angel with hands that do tremendous good and makes you feel wonderful with her massage techniques
Great massage for the introductory price. I am no longer pinching nerves in my lower back, and i feel super focused and balanced. I would return if not for all of the upselling and membership mongering, such a turn-off for me. The therapist did her job very well, so props to her, none to the business mass-money machine.

My wife had a bad experience yesterday with a new masseuse. Very troubling when they don't follow the guest's instructions and continue doing as they please! Spoke to manager and expressed my concern. To have her still sore this morning from a massage is unacceptable!

I don't like leaving reviews that include names because the recommended person becomes popular and the wait to see them gets longer and longer and blah, blah, blah. However, Carlos is the best masseur I've ever been to. I like to really feel my massage and be squished and compressed and he gives me exactly what I ask for. My lower back is craptastic, always has been. He uses his entire body to alleviate the pain and pressure. I almost can't get up from the table when he's done, but the next morning I feel like I could enter the Strong Man competition. He's also a super friendly and all around good guy. Too bad I can't just take him home to do my bidding. Lol. Definitely recommend him 100%
Usually, when I ask for a full-body massage, I expect to get a full-body massage, not to get a back massage and then have the therapist tell me that he's sorry, but he miscalculated the time and the hour is up. Fortunately, I got the massage as a gift and didn't actually pay for it.
The whole experience was great. Their willingness to work me into the schedule, the perfect treatment for my pain, and Ashley's ability to work out my aches in one visit when it really should have taken more. Loved the customer service, attention to detail, and skillfulness at this location.
Great introductory price and massage! Had a couples massage with my boyfriend. Both of our masseuse were excellent. Front desk staff was also very attentive
First, time getting a massage they made it very easy and comfortable. The masseuse who worked on me was very good and I did feel better after the massage.
Would give a negative review if I could. I used to work at this place and since then the owner and management has changed. They would not work with me and the manager is extremely unprofessional and rude. This message envy cancelled my membership without telling me, and then did not give me the hours I PAID for because I "cancelled" my account (which I did not). The manager told me "oh I CAN unexpire them, but I'm not going to." I was told I can sign up for a new membership but why would I do that when the customer service is so horrendous? I will take my service elsewhere.
Oh and BTW: the only good review in the past 2 years was written by a Massage Envy manager (C Stanford). Do I even need to say anything else?

In April 2020 I tried to cancel my membership for two reasons
1. Relocation to Rockwall, TX and the closest location is 35 miles from my home.
2. I felt it was wrong to charge a monthly fee during the COVID 19 shutdown.
I called again today and was told they would have a manager call me in the next couple of days.
*Three months of paying for a service I'm not able to use.
Very disappointed with entire experience, and regret becoming a memeber. Very anxious for the membership to expire. The office staff does meet customer needs by try to accommodate request or concerns. I
I go here every month. Never had a problem with them. Adam is great and I m glad I was finally able to find a therapist that listens to what I want and does it perfectly! The girls at the desk are great too and Courtney is great when I get facials.
Told masseuse that the room temperature yesterday was frigid and he said there was nothing he could do that the AC kicks in up front with the windows and it can't be controlled in the rooms. When I tried to tell a receptionist up front after the massage, she looked elsewhere and asked how was your massage. I said nothing and waited until she looked at me and finally she did and told her about the room. She said "oh, next time that happens tell your masseuse" to which I answered "I did". And that was the end of the unprofessional exchange and miserable massage because the room was unbearably cold even with a warming table. Out of three employees I couldn't find one who cared. And by the way, business owner, I NEVER write bad reviews.
