This place is unprofessional. They have charged my account twice now for a monthly fee of $70. Ive been trying to get a refund since July. When I finally get a manager on the phone they tell me they won't refund the first charge because it's been over 30 days. Every time I've called or gone in they say I need to speak to a manager who is not in at the time. Now they tell me I've waited to long to cancel so I can't get a refund. This place is a scam.
