They couldn't have been more warm, friendly, and supportive. Every stage of the process was explained clearly and they were always there to answer any questions and address any concerns. I was delighted with the results and I'm so grateful to everyone at the London Egg Bank and London Women's Clinic. Highly recommend.

Everyone I met throughout the process of donating were absolutely lovely! It certainly made the entire process much more enjoyable and I would encourage anyone thinking of donating to get in touch with them.

Please do not donate or purchase genetic material from here - The care for the donors is absolutely abismal. I donated three years ago and still no one will tell me if there has been a result. They forget that donors are real people and that our DNA actually means something to us. To them it's just a product that they pretty much manipulate out of you through lip service and smiles. How that all changes once they get what they want.

I donated my eggs last month and it is a life changing decision to make but everyone at this clinic is amazing, I felt comfortable and welcomed. The staff at my surgery were also really good. I had all the information I needed, everything went well. I even got sent flowers too.

I recently donated through the egg bank and am really happy with the overall experience. I started the process of donation eligibility in January, but due to Covid it took a while to actually go through with the donation. The team at the clinic were all very professional and helpful and I genuinely felt that they appreciated my donation and understood the process I was going through. The actual donation cycle lasted about 2 weeks and I always felt like I was being looked after and given all of the relevant information for me. I was open about my nervousness around the medication (which are injections) and was shown all of the different types multiple times including how to inject them. All of the doctors and nurses were attentive to my health during this time, even checking in on small red patches from injection site. The day of the donation was smooth and again everyone was really friendly and helpful. The anaesthetist was particularly lovely to me as I had never been sedated before so he was happy to put me at ease and he was very funny! The lead nurse on duty was also really comforting when I got a little emotional after the procedure had finished (happy tears!!). A big thanks to Bethany, Katie and Tsi Tsi at the London Bridge clinic who were all amazing during my sign ups and check ins! I m only a couple of days post my first donation cycle but I d certainly like to look at doing it again in the future :) It s a lovely thing to do and I feel like I ve really given someone a chance to do something important to them, I d definitely encourage other women to think about donation.

My experience with London Egg Bank was such a positive one! Of course, as a first time donor, I was scared at first and didn't really know what to expect, but everything went really smoothly.
The staff was always keen on answering my questions, following up on my wellbeing and helped make the experience such an easy one really. I really felt cared for, surrounded by people I could trust and in an environment that put me at ease and that reflected the professionalism of the London Egg Bank.
Special thanks to Egle, TsiTsi and the doctor who followed me throughout the whole process and have been of great support to me. The whole journey is worthwhile and I highly encourage anyone interested in it as in addition to helping someone, you also get the chance to learn a lot about yourself.

I am really happy I decided to do a donation with the London egg bank (first of all, I am happy that I get to help families) the team of doctors and nurses and handlers were so nice and helpful. If you have any questions or concerns they are there to answer and help you through the process. I will definitely donate again!

I found the staff compassionate and friendly, they made sure I was doing well at every step. The whole process of donating was done efficiently and I'm definitely thinking about donating again in the future.

I donated 3 times with this amazing company. I was lucky enough to have Tsi Tsi and Dr Sahoo each time I donated. Those two made the experience easy and simple. I was always well informed of the processes involved, I had regular appointments that they always managed to work around my busy schedule. They were always friendly yet professional. I thoroughly enjoyed donating experience thanks to TsiTsi and Dr Sahoo.

My experience with London Egg Bank was absolutely wonderful. I applied to donate eggs, and from the very start until after the egg collection happened, the staff was incredibly organised and friendly.

Very unprofesional ..I wouldnt recommend to go there as egg donor to anyone. Firs at all they have told me that in total I will have to come there 5-6 times and that clinic is very flexible to go for that appointments , in half way when I already been there 4 times they have told me that for next two weeks I will have to be available every 2 days for scan and do 2 injections a day , the clinic is open and closes early at 5 In hours when I was working so it wasn't flexible for me at all!
..Also they have told me on egg collection day they will order a cab for me, on the day of last last scan nurse( very rude btw) told me that someone will have to pick me up on that day and no cab will be ordered,when I said I don't have anyone who can pick me up ,she said that I will have to stay in clinic all day then.

I mimic all the reviews on here that share in the very warm supportive experience at London Egg Bank. I was a donor, and a bit nervous about injections, and making it through the whole process. But after I did my first injection through teary eyes and a little fear, it was absolutely nothing. Not painful, the whole process is fairly fast, and they lay everything out really simply. I m definitely going to do it again.

This place is the best guys! Every single person was very helpful and so kind. I was in touch with Bethany Monk, who is seriously the sweetest person. She was so patient with me and answered all my queries on time. Dr. Sahoo was always available for any help that I needed and my nurse Tsi Tsi is the most cheerful person! She s now my favourite nurse!
I couldn t recommend this place enough! The process of egg donation or IVF or any other fertility treatment can be quite intimidating but with the help of all these people, I wouldn t worry much. I m glad I made the right choice.

I recently became an egg donor with the London Egg Bank. The staff are all incredibly welcoming and professional. I was kept fully informed at all times about the process involved and had full support when needed. Thanks to the excellent treatment, I was able to become an egg donor, something I have wanted to do for years, and will certainly be returning to donate again.

Very unhappy with the clinic. I couldn't even go in for my first appointment as no one bothered to let me know that there was no street access on that day. Extremely unproffesional, they didn't even pick up the phone when I called or answered emails. I wouldn't reccommend anyone to donate through such a careless unproffesional place.

My nurse Tsi Tsi and Doctor shiza, Bethany and the receptionist are also very welcoming and friendly, they provided enough information if your not sure about anything through a professional manner and gives good aftercare and homecare after treatment. I just donated today and was contacted whether i was okay after treatment and offered flowers which was lovely of them . Everyone i met in this clinic are very lovely and kind and i will recommend to anyone that is interested in donating.

This has honestly been such an amazing experience!!

I finally donated my eggs on 30th June 2020 after initially starting the whole process in January and being thwarted with first an unusual ovarian cyst that the LEB promptly helped me to get checked out via my GP. It turned out to be nothing - but the concern and help to move forward with it was greatly appreciated and then the lockdown happened!

The initial stages of registration and filling in all the forms was a relatively easy process especially with the help of Bethany Monk who was very professional and such a great help with any and all questions that I had during that time and most of all very reassuring and open about everything that was happening and a consistent point of contact. A lot of the early stages were done at the clinic in London Bridge, including blood test and the first scans another prominent member of staff for me was a nurse called Tsi Tsi who had a very calming and sunny disposition and never without a smile for myself or others!

My journey continued at the clinic in Harley Street in early June after being kept up date via email as to when things would be able to start up again. This was where the donation process began. The staff here were friendly and all adhering to the current Covid guidelines for health and safety. I attended several times over the course of 2 weeks for scan progress checks and up to date instructions from Tsi Tsi and a few other members of staff who were making sure that I was well and progressing on track for the donation day.

On the day of donation I arrived early in the morning, all staff involved were very informative and professional on explaining again how and what the donation process was going to involve and did all the necessary health checks beforehand. The actual egg collection probably took a total of around 30 mins and afterwards I was given space to rest for a couple of hours and was well looked after by staff with some biscuits and water until I was ready to leave. I was made aware of my post collection care verbally and via papers hat I could take home and what to expect over the next few days. I had a follow up call from the clinic two days later to make sure all was well and also contacted by Bethany to arranged my 4 week follow up call.

In a nut shell I ve had a really positive experience and can t thank the LEB enough for guiding me through this process and helping to make my donation - despite the rocky start - as smooth a journey possible I would definitely donate again in the future.

The clinic is very professional. Everyone I met was very kind and comforted me throughout the treatment. I saw Dr Nair, who is one of the best fertility specialists in London and she explained everything in great details. She was very knowledgable. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone, who is considering any kind of fertility treatment.

I have just donated and couldn't have had a better experience overall. As a relatively little known about procedure it could be overwhelming to consider but every step of the way I have encountered kind and knowledgeable staff who made the whole process so easy. Every question was answered very promptly and they always tried hard to accommodate appointments around my working day.

I cannot recommend the London Egg Bank highly enough. Everyone is so caring and professional. Your wellbeing is their primary concern. I dealt with Annabel Yazdi who really cared about matching donors to recipients and was sensitive and thoughtful throughout the entire experience. I have done 2 donations and about to start ny third, the nurses at london bridge are lovely, the adnin staff need retraining however, they give out false information and dont seem to know what theyre talking about.
The nurse staff here are lovely and helpful, when i done my donation i was treated with dignity and respect, i felt safe and comfortable, they ordered me a cab home and gavr me chocolates both times and was very supportive.
I was so happy im doing it again ! Is a wonderful experience.

Absolutely wonderful experience with the London Egg Bank. You never look for donor eggs as a first choice, and the process can feel daunting. Instead, the London Egg Bank made this as easy, human, and personal as they could. I valued most of all the excellent communication, quick answers to my many questions and emails. I never felt rushed or cut short, and their help with matching took away doubts and hesitations that would have taken up lots of time and led nowhere. As an added bonus, I ordered six eggs from one donor, and got eight. They made a difficult experience much more pleasant and human - I am truly grateful, and recommend them without hesitation. Excellent experience!

I am a little bit unhappy about egg donor experience. Mostly because they tell you it is a few meeting and procedure takes a few weeks. In my case it was a few months from first meeting till the final egg donation. Also they told me it's gonna be 6 meeting in total, and i had to go there many times more. I am happy i gave my eggs and some family will make theu dream come true, but i am a bit dissapointed with the clinic. I felt a little bit like egg machine, not egg donor. Also o was promised taxi after surgery, it never happened.

I found the donation process completely fine. It's nice to think someone might have a family due to this relatively small process on my part. I definitely found the staff at The London Bridge Centre really friendly, human and very thorough, and respectful of the process and the people involved. I have no problem in recommending The London Egg Bank based on my experiences.
